I was walking with a friend around Easton and just enjoying the sights until we took a break, and we came across black box fix. The menu is pretty cool and different. A lot of ingredients and flavors put together I would not expect. One thing I can say is that from the customer service when I went to order to the food itself. I highly recommend you give this place a try. The price is on par to me with what you pay for the amount of food you get. Also please listen to the staff's suggestions because I took two bites of the hot honey chicken sandwich and ordered another to go. highly recommend and will definitely be back.
Not my kind of place. 1st issue is that the sign showed side salads and I was told that it was from an old menu. The hot chicken was like eating raw garlic cloves doused with vinegar. I like both garlic and vinegar but the sandwich was not good. The garlic parm fries needed broiled so the cheese stuck because all the toppings fell off. Omg was slightly better but not great. Slow service. Nice patio. Only individual bottle drinks, not even fresh water available. Very pricey for the food.
Service was nice. Food was meh. Got the Philly OMG and it really didn't hit the price point. The bread was what really killed it. Tough outside and dry inside, not quite stale but close. Also got the garlic cheese fries. It was like eating a whole head of garlic. The shredded parmesan just sat on top not melted or warm. Just a minute under the broiler would have made a world of difference. The patio was a nice spot.
Best Damn Cheesesteak & Cajun Fries.The sandwich was one of the best tasting that I've had in a while. Good flavor with the beef and mixes well with the veggies and cheese. The fries were really good too! Beware, the amount of fries you get is hefty.I will return again to taste the other sandwiches and fry flavors.
The first thing I noticed about this place was the cleanliness! The workers quickly wiped of the payment screen in between ever customer.The food was WONDERFUL. Everything was hot, fresh and well seasoned!We purchased the" best damn philly" and the Philly with chicken&steak (forgot the name). Try this place, you won't be disappointed!
This was our 1st trip to Black Box Fix at Easton and it did not disappoint. The sandwich was huge and super cheesy and the bun was perfect. I ordered the Shrimp Philly and it was delicious. Stuffed full and piping hot. I also ordered the Honey Siracha Ranch fries. OMG. A little sweet, a little heat. The only thing is I like my fries a little crispier, but they are definitely homemade potato fries and remind me of my mom's from Friday dinner.A great experience.
My first time here. Very nice atmosphere! Simple and clean decor. Food is fairly priced and pretty good for the Seafood dish I ordered. I'll have to definitely go back to try some of the other things on the menu.
Black owed restaurant. The customer service was wonderful. Since this was our first time coming here the cashier walked us through the ordering process wonderfully. Just to let you know…..The sandwiches are full of meat, flavorful, nice and neat. The fries are awesome. My only complaint was that I couldn’t get a cup of ice only Because they don’t sell drinks by the cup. They sell drinks by the bottle or can. But all in all I had a wonderful experience.
My husband and I stopped here around 2 pm on a Sunday and there were only a few people inside so we were hopeful we wouldn't have a long wait. We ordered and took a seat at a table by the window. I ordered the Chicken Philly with garlic parmesan fries and my husband ordered the OMG Philly with sriracha fries and we got the peach cobbler for dessert. ? I tried the dessert while we waited and it was great at first but then I kept chewing on bits of seeds I would assume which were really hard. ? I kept spitting out little pieces. The food did take quite some time to come out. A girl at the table next to us complained about the wait because it had been 20-25 minutes since we had ordered. However, when the food did arrived, it was definitely picturesque. ?? My sandwich was flavorful, juicy, and loaded with toppings. The fries were well seasoned and complemented the sandwich. My husband was obsessed with his choice and couldn't stop eating. ? Unfortunately we couldn't finish our food there because we had a movie to catch at 3 pm. We packed up our food to place it in the car for later and honestly, I threw away the rest of the peach cobbler. ?Overall, I have mixed feelings for this spot but most of my experience was great. The restaurant itself may be small but it was clean and the menu is simple to navigate. The food is phenomenal and the options are loaded with deliciousness. ? The downsides were the long wait and the seedy peach cobbler. All in all, we will go here again but probably order ahead of time and get it to go.
This place has some unique subs and fries. Love the surf and turf style of it that makes it really good. Also the different loaded fries are great. But the proportion size is large as well and you get your moneys worth. You can definitely doordash this or pick it up and it’s great.
