This Hyatt is connected to the Columbus Convention Center, so it was very convenient! All of the staff was excellent! One of their team members even asked if I lost when walking over from the convention center to the hotel. I was lost, so his help was greatly appreciated! The only downfall was that the one dining area was closed for lunch and dinner. It was only open for breakfast and the line was about an hour wait to get in.
The room was very clean, and the staff was fantastic. I would recommend this property to all visitors. enjoyed the location being closet to the downtown eateries and shopping. Parking was an issue but we worked it out.
I stayed here for three days for a work conference. I had an amazing corner room with a 270 degree view of the city. I watched the sunset from my room each night. The hotel is within walking distance of the North Market (indoor farmers market with tons of food and dessert options) as well as High street which has many fun restaurants and bars. Just walk north when you leave the hotel and you'll find plenty to do. The main public library is within walking distance of the hotel and is top 11 in the nation. The capitol building is also within walking distance so there is a wide range of activities!
The room was very nice just not so helpful staff letting you know about amenities and things that’s all available inside the hotel/convention center. Can be a great hotel with a few adjustments beware of parking be aware of things left inside your vehicle

Excellent facility, however I did not like room incidental policy for Hyatt members. The policy should be reviewed and reconsidered for future conferences/conventions. Overall stay was pleasant and the staff was very friendly, attentive and professional.
I loved this hotel. The gym was complete. The room I stayed in was amazing! If I come back to Columbus and this hotel is an option, I will stay here! Thank you for creating such an amazing experience for me! I have never been to Columbus, so this was a great way to introduce me to this city.
Bad experience with checking in, elevator was very noisy and disturbed my sleep and room wasn’t clean, more expensive than I was told and never received my Amazon package , poor lighting in the room, also no housekeeping , air conditioner didn’t work properly and overall not a good experience more expensive than what I was given the price and it didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel, no security, anyone can come off the street and come knock on your door, overall I’ll give Hyatt a rating of 1
Proud to be an Explorist member of Hyatt Hotels. I have never had a bad experience when staying at Hyatt hotels. I have traveled all over the USA as well as overseas. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
I really enjoyed myself at the Hyatt Regency Columbus Ohio. The room, staff, restaurant, the bellhop, the guys at the door, everything was great . I'm looking for to my return. Hopefully, I will see more
