I had a great experience i went to hang out with a friend and the staff was very friendly. The food was very good as well. Although i will say it is a bit expensive.

I. Love. BBBop. Meatless Monday with the best tofu is my Monday ritual! All the toppings and proteins are fresh and amazing. I appreciate that they continue to add new options (noodles, broccoli, kale…). I love the flavors and sauces (yum yum sauce with gochujang - a must combination). Be sure to get the free miso soup for a satisfying meal!Kind and friendly people as well!

Looks great, but there’s something missing — there’s no sauce!! I had to wait on my bowl to be finished as they were making more noodles. However, when they added the noodles, they forgot the sauce. I was waiting in the dining area for it to be finished so I missed seeing them add the noodles and thus did not see that they missed the sauce. I didn’t catch this until I had driven back to a class and I did not have time to go back for the sauce. So frustrating as I’ve wound up without sauce or with the wrong sauce on numerous occasions at numerous Columbus area Bibibop locations. Service was otherwise positive and all ingredients fresh (otherwise would have given less stars).
First google review and I must say with just cause. I love Bibi bop but this location was horrendous. Trash overflowing out of both bins was the first thing I noticed when I came in. Secondly the food looked like it had been sitting out for hours and the lettuce was brown and wilted. In fact, we didn’t even order after dealing with awful discriminatory customer service. They completely disregarded my mother’s medical exemption and were not empathetic in the slightest. I am so disappointed.
Healthy and tasty bowl of spicy chicken and purple rice all for under $10. Can't beat that! The ingredients are high quality and very fresh. I do cook for myself so I can tell that fresh ingredients really do make a huge difference. The location I went to on Sawmill is very clean, and the staff were all very nice and friendly. If you haven't tried Bibibop before, definitely give it a try!✌??
Disappointed, mainly because I placed an online pickup order and came in to grab my bag. I hesitated for a moment because there were supposed to be four bowls. However, since the order was stapled to the outside of the bag and there were no other bags near mine I figured I had it all. Once I got home I realized I'd been shorted a whole bowl.
One of my favorite places to go for a fast and affordable, but tasty lunch.
