Horrible horrible and just horrible. I asked for a double praline and cream in a cup and a double scoop waffle cone chocolate and vanilla. They out my chocolate and vanilla in cup and my praline in a cone. I tell the guy its the other way around. He take the praline and cream in a cone and dumps it in a cup and then my chocolate and vanilla thats in a cup he just puts a regular cone on top of it……this is the worse baskin and robins ive ever been to. I dont recommend it
The website says they close at 9pm and if you drive up at 8pm they won't serve ice cream you should change the hours on you website so they don't waste their time
Came here for a hot fudge cake and they didn't know what I was talking about. So I ordered a hot fudge sundae with chocolate ice cream. I was giving a scoop of chocolate ice cream with whipped cream on it. I took it inside and told them it was wrong. An orange hair girl, who was helping the girl at the window, tells me the reason they didn't put hot fudge on my Sunday was because their machine is broke and they don't have any hot fudge. I asked for a refund and she says oh sorry my manager is not here. I had to wait 10 minutes for the manager to come in to give me a refund. I will not ever return to this location.
I ordered online for cake with clearly written instructions.. ofcourse I already paid... but when I went there ON TIME to pick up my son's birthday cake... first the 2 stupid ladies employee's ... cant speak English... doesn't know what they were doing there... didnt understand me why I was there ... and after a long conversation and making them understand.. they went inside and brought the cake ... without anything written on it ... the order was ready at all... the stupid manager or whatever who was inside didn't even come outside to talk to me ... didnt care about it... pathetic customer service... ruin my son's birthday cake ...
Horrible my cone was stale and the ice cream was melted and so messy. My ice cream tasted frost bitten. This is 2nd and last time getting bad ice cream from them.
Came in about 30 minutes before close, the menu has no ice cream flavors so I asked for 3 I usually get and they didn’t have any of them and when I asked which ones they had it was like 10. Employees were nice but speakers were hard to hear through and the menu doesn’t have ice cream flavors and you don’t have any fun flavors in stock?Edit: I got the butter pecan and it wasn’t good the pecans were like sour? And it was like chaulky vanilla. I threw it away after 2 bites.
Baskin Robins website lists many dairy free flavors, but when I asked about them at this location they acted like I was crazy

If I could give zero starts I would, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My matcha latte had hair sticking from the side of the lid, and when I addressed it was taking disrespectfully while the girl with the braids who worked 03/17/21 at 4:40 pm said “sheesh” in the most disrespectful way instead of an apology. Not coming here again and making sure everyone I know doesn’t.
