When I arrived to pick up an online cake order, the person at the counter just looked my way and didn’t bother to respond to my greeting. There were two other employees that ignored me as well (noting there were only 2 other customers seated) and the place wasn’t busy at all. I don’t think I will be coming to this store location because the lack of customer service.

How you not going to have ice cream when your baskin robbins
Ordered a banana split, Oreo sundae and two cookies through DoorDash. They called and said they don't make banana split at this location and they didn't have the flavor cookies I selected. Told me they had everything to make the sundae except for bananas... Cool, told them we have bananas at home and I'll take whatever flavor cookies they have. I would have still given a 5 start review if that's what we had received. We got three scoops of ice cream with no toppings whatsoever, two scoops of Oreo ice cream with a few sprinkles and two cookies. No sundae on sight. And I was charged for the three scoops, an Oreo sundae and a cookie sundae. Very disappointed.
There sundae is called Oreo layered but the ice cream was chocolate chip I feel lied to ♂️
They get one star for closing! 😥😔
