Really want to like this place. The ordered got cancelled when we placed it online with no communication about the cancelled order until we showed up. They say they have no cheese bread but can do something else so we say ok, but we don't like mozzarella ticks. We get mozzarella sticks. We ordered the veggie pizza, it came with no cheese and rotten tomatoes. There was no flavor in the sauce, crust, or veggies. We ordered two beers while we waited and they were warm draft beers that we swallowed since we paid for them anyway. All around a terrible experience. Called when we got home (same neighborhood) and instead of trying to make it right the "most experienced" person in the shop said they couldn't do anything until the next morning.
Honestly they’re just not amazing. Orders aren’t delivered correctly. They do everything through slice and just cancel orders or partially fulfill.Had to go through Slice to get an actual refundRE the response:Yup, I got the refund a week later after I reached out to slice. It’s a credit card, you know these things sit as pending for days.I was told when I went to pickup that I would get refunded; not that I’d have to monitor my CC statement and then reach out to slice customer service.Had I not, you would have just kept the money…. Sooo scam?You may be looking at the order you cancelled instead of the order that was partially filled a while ago but I was charged fully for.Changed the review because I appreciate the response. But honestly I’ve never had a fully correct order the times I’ve ordered here.
Absolutely incredible smash burgers!
Delicious food! We were a little skeptical upon entering. It’s very dark and a typical bar setting. The seating leaves a lot to be desired. However, when the food arrived, we didn’t care about the seating or how dark it was. Skip the fries and get the cute little side salad. Mozzarella sticks were great too! Yum!
Is this Boston? Is that the Celtics on the big screen, if only the jerseys were a differ color there would be no difference. Watching the Buckeyes play Iowa on the big screen in a dimly lit bar dominated by the long bar itself. It’s the kind of place where Nick says “We serve hard drinks here for men who want to get drunk fast.” The crowd is local and when I say local it’s not the hipsters from the local college, it’s a true neighborhood bar. Rather, that’s not why I am here. I heard they serve incredible pizza. Since no one answered the phone for take out, I stopped in to eat in. I wasn’t disappointed, the pizza was incredible. Thin crust baked to a crisp in an old school oven. Small spicy enzo pepperonis dominated the pie, and underneath a nice layer of cheese with incredible sauce. So if you are in for a sports game, with Keno and old vintage OSU paraphernalia, then this is the place for you. If if that’s not your thing, do nothing else but stay for the pizza it’s incredible!
I order a pizza, mozzarella stick and salad! What I got was a burnt hamburger and cold friend hard pickers. I called the store and a lady answered laughing and talking to other people . I told her what happened and she said “ oh well things happen it was a mix up “ then phone hung up. I out of my food and money. I will not be going back. Sad thing is , this was my very first time
Burger was undercooked and the wrong one. Fries were ok, one and done for me.
Great spot for late night delivery! Our time from order to delivery was under 30 minutes, and the food was excellent. We had the smash burger and mozzarella sticks, and everything was still almost too hot to eat when it arrived!
Wow!! This place has awesome smashburger, fries and salad. will definitely be ordering alot since I work right down the street. great job.
The food here was incredible and the service was quick even in the middle of the OSU/Michigan game when the restaurant was packed.
