If I can give Arepazo Tapas a 10 star I would. Very authentic. Arepazo is probably the most authentic Latin restaurant in the STATE of Ohio. ❣️I added peppermint leaves to my margarita because of the authentic flavor. Comfort food at it's finest. Just a little pricey on 1 single chicken taco at Happy Hour. $5.75
Service was good, our gal was very nice. We ordered drinks and an appetizer for happy hour special to start, but they were ok but not very impressive. Then we ordered dinner and the food was not very good given the atmosphere. My wife's Patacon dish arrived cold, this is on a Wednesday night mind you and they were not tremendously busy. My carne Asada steak had so much gristle in it that it was not edible and the dish also came with an over-hard egg that was ice cold and looked like it could bounce. Our waitress did reheat my wife's dish in a microwave and replaced my dish with another dish, so kudos to her for trying to make up for a failed kitchen. It just seemed like they are cutting corners on their food and drink offerings and the quality is suffering. We traveled across town for a nice dinner out and we left regretting having wasted our time and money.
Excellent food and mojitos! Nice outdoor patio seating available and chill atmosphere. A very pleasurable experience!
Arepazo was highly recommended to my wife and I and it did not disappoint! We enjoyed house margaritas and Venezuelan Tequeños on their happy hour special which was awesome. For our mains, my wife got the shrimp tacos and I had the Peruvian Lomo Saltado. Amazing! They also have an incredible creamy cilantro and lime heavy sauce that accompanies appetizers and main courses. It comes in mild and spicy. Service was excellent, the place is clean and prices are reasonable. We can't wait to go back!
If I could give ZERO stars I would! Absolutely terrible service. We waited 15+ minutes for a staff member to come get our drink orders. I ended up getting the wrong protein on my meal, requested the correct protein, and then received a completely different meal. In addition to this, my daughter ordered the carne asada and her food was bathed in oil. She couldn’t even finish the meal, even after getting a replacement side of rice. I had such high expectations for this location, considering my love for the Gahanna location that shut down. Thankfully they covered the incorrect meal and my drinks, but this issue definitely ruined my experience. Never coming back.
Stopped in last night after picking up race packets. Food was amazing, fast, hot and delicious. It is always a treat having fresh Latin grill here. And wine was 1/2 price on Thursday. We had a great time. Thank you staff!
Tastes great! Appealing dishes. The restaurant has a nice intimate ambiance. Great service. Restrooms are clean. Bar had variety of drinks. Seating is spacious.
If you have not been here you need to go! Service and food quality were amazing. We were greeted promptly and was paired with an amazing server. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and reccomended great dishes as first time visitors. Appetizer and main dishes came out quickly and drinks were flavorful and strong. Highly recommended!
We have been here many times before but came recently and the food is always so good. We had a perfect lunch date, the atmosphere is fun and we always really enjoy ourselves.
Tia is absolutely the best server...2nd time eating at this location and the food keeps getting better and better... Also I got tropical tiramisu and it's the best dessert I have ever had...
