Like every other place they have staffing shortage so service was slow but I expected that. What was not expected was 1 member of our party stake was burnt. We are talking no saving or just a little over cooked it was burnt. They did make them a whole new one and it was much better. I ordered a hamburger that had a couple burnt spots on the bottom and it was so heavily salted I couldn't finish.
Brianna the manager I've ever had she's patience, calm, respectful, helpful & so organized. If you need her help she'll stop what she's doing & help you in a hurry. I've never had a manager like her I'm so glad she's there to guide me through everything. If anybody ever has a issue while eating there ask for the manager Brianna and she will fix it fast and make sure your satisfied.
This is the 3rd time I have been to this location the past 2 months and they have 1 server each time and get this no one in line to be seated but us, and we are told it will a 30 minute wait just to be seated. No bartender on duty I said wow for Happy hour Bar closed. So I guess they only in business because of Door Dash, Grub Hub. I feel sorry for the the 1 server.
Great Service. Great Food. Went for my boyfriends birthday yesterday and it was delicious definitely suggest this location always makes people feel welcomed.
I had made an order to be delivered to my home for my husband and kids, while also made a call in for me to pick up to take to my daughter's special school lunch. The one for home was good, no problems. The one I had to pickup was just horrible. Her steak (asked for med rare) was so cooked we couldn't even get a piece off to eat it. And we were missing a whole item. I thought I had seen it in the bag but that was the fries. It also took way longer to cook then they said. So not only was I late to her lunch but she also couldn't eat any of her food except for the broccoli.
We made a special trip here because my wife wanted steak, specifically, from here. We loaded the car up, got there, went to go in and... the doors were locked. I am guessing someone booked the whole place or something, because there were definitely people inside besides the employees, but not enough to close down the entire place. Most places don't typically do this sort of thing in my experience, and it kind of ruined our whole night. Will revisit and give a more informed review, if we can get in the door that is.
Went there for winning a Valentine's day contest. The apartment complex we live at (Morse Glen) gave us a $50 gift certificate. I had their bacon cheese burger and fries. My wife had a full rack of ribs. The food was awesome and the service good. I would highly recommend Applebee's.
The food was good but the servers were not wearing masks as recommended by the CDC. Most of the servers didn’t have their mask up over their nose and some down on their chin not even covering their mouth. Don’t go there and risk your health until the pandemic is over
The food was great as usual. Applebee's is my favorite restaurant ever!!! However, the hostess wasn't at her post when we first arrived. My daughter and I was starting to think that we would have to seat ourselves. When the hostess finally showed up, she was nice and seated us in an area that was in compliance with the social distancing. The music was good. The bartender was about the loudest most annoying, rude and ignorant acting individual I've seen in a long time. She reminded me of why I don't attend clubs back home in Chicago. My first long island was way to sweet. I asked Heather, our waitress to have the bartender to strengthen the drink a bit. She did as I asked but the bartender told her that if I wanted a stronger drink I should go buy liquor from the store. She said it rudely and loud enough for me to hear. When she could have just nodded her head and kept he mouth shut. My experience with bar's in my younger days allowed me to see alot of bartender's get hurt being rude to paying customers who's been drinking. Besides the bartender, who clearly needs to go to bartending school and get some sort of hold of her rude mouth, we had a good time. My bill was only $50, my intention was to give both the bartender and our waitress a nice tip but because of the bartenders rude, loud mouth I gave Heather the whole tip. Thanks Heather for the great experience. Our Applebee's back home are all closed down so I was very excited to see Ohio still had one and so close to where we was staying. THANKS ??
Best Applee's I've been to in quite awhile, watch their hours for indoor dining. I sat at the bar, had good service including her going in back to get a proper tasting soft drink. The food was properly prepared and hot, unlike the last 3 times at other locations.
