AJs is by far our fav spot for Mexican food. Even though we live 40 minutes away, the trip is always worth it! One of top items on the menu for us is any of their tacos made Cali style which adds pico de gallo and guacamole. You can tell the quacamole is made fresh each day as it has little chunks of avocado and has a fresh green look... excellent stuff. Of course AJs is also known for their fantastic birria dishes. The birria ramen and quesabirria tacos are top notch and my wife who's a grilled cheese fanatic loves the birria grilled cheese. If you've not tried AJ's you're missing out! They're on West Broad St by Wilson and sets next to the Keg tavern. If it's hot or cold outside , you can take your AJs order into the keg and order a soda or adult beverage...the keg welcomes the business.
Food was fresh and full of rich flavors. One bite into the Quesabirria Taco dipped in the sauce and the feet started tapping!! Beef was seasoned impeccably and super tender. The Esquite de Birria was fresh and interestingly good with all the blended flavors. My coworkers and I will be returning next week. HAPPY CINCO DE MAYO!!! ?? ?? ?? ??
Amazing street tacos and quesabirria tacos but the Birria Ramen is the star of the show.
Friends out west said I have to try quesabirria tacos. I looked it up and AJs was the first place that caught my eye, and I'm so glad! Delicious tacos and they have specials that are super affordable. Highly highly highly recommend AJs for quesabirria tacos.

I hate that I waited so long to try this place. The beef and chicken birria tacos were top notch. So much flavor, the consomme is great, and they don’t skimp on anything. Well worth the 45 minute drive it took me to get there. I will definitely be back!
I'm actually still in the parking lot doing this review right now. Lol!!. This place is so bomb!!! It's my first time having a birria taco and now I'm hooked and just put in my second order. Omg! The tacos were full of SOOOO MUCH FLAVOR, they took their time to season this meat, I had both chicken and beef. Please do not get me started on the ramen. This is a must have!!5 stars all the way around! Looking forward to going back for sure!
My boss has been talking about this food truck for months. We were in Columbus today, drove 30 minutes out of our way, was worth every minute. We watched them open up the window, we were that excited. Super friendly experience and the food was amazing. Highly recommend.
