They got my order wrong I ordered 2 fish meals 1 chicken meal and 4 extra pieces of fish. They gave me 1 fish meal 2 chicken meals and only 3 extra pieces of fish.
They might as well close this location down! I’ve been here three times in the past week and they’ve been closed due to “short staffing”. but I see four people sitting inside in uniforms, Absolutely ridiculous.
This location shows dine in available on its Google listing, but it's drive through only.I called over and over and over for about 30 min before driving here. But there was no answer.I have a semi truck. I can't use the drive through. Truck drivers get hungry too. Most places let me order over the phone if they are drive through only.Either update the listing, or answer your phones.* I ended up ordering through the drive through. They took my order, and my money and asked me to wait out front.I added 2 stars, but only 2 stars were added because they made me wait for another dozen cars before bringing me my food, and it was no longer hot when they brought it to me.
This place has the worst food imaginable. The burgers taste like they've been cooked in a microwave and the fries was cold and soggy. The ladies that helped us was super friendly tho.
They don’t like to work 20 minutes before they close.
Their ice cream machine was not working, and our food did not taste very good.
Curious as to why I was told at the drive through , 'We don't give change back"? I had handed 50 cents to cover 30 something cents. I imagine either the cash register doesn't supply the change difference, the worker didn't know how to count back change, or this was a "required tip" method.
My first time eating here. I will NEVER return. I ordered a meal and the fries weren't even room temperature. I went back asking to replace them with hot fries and they gave me a hot dog. I'm not upset about the mistakes, they happen. Whoever the African American young lady was who kept looking dead at me and rolling her eyes at me every time I asked for my order to be corrected needs fired TODAY!!! The lady at the window was as sweet as she wanted to be but whoever was putting the orders together today has to go. Unprofessional and rude! It already looks like this location doesn't get much business so the little you get that attitude is going to drive them away.
