Absolutely terrible! I said my order over and over again. It wasn't a difficult order...literally 2 meals! I spoke with 2 different people. Neither were qualified for the job. I repeated my order politely and calmly 6 times. I finally decided to tell them to forget about it and I left. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place!!!
This was my first time to an A&W. I heard REALLY good things about A&W and was looking forward to eating the food, but the food was disgusting and overpriced. BOTH TEENS didn't like the burgers they had and took like 3 bites and was done.
A chilli cheese dog was almost $4. Asked for extra onions and it barely had any on it. Didn't even give me any napkins. Menu didn't even show the correct prices for everything.
It’s 2021 what kind of a store doesn’t let you pay with your phone. I walked all the way up here while waiting on my car & couldn’t even get a drink. The lady behind the counter was nice
I just went to A&W for the first time in ages and my 2 Double Bacon Cheeseburgers were cold and not fully cooked so I won't ever be going back again.
This place was clean and well ordered. However, the staffs are very rule (sometimes showing sign of racism). Yes, they don’t have napkins, you have to specifically ask for it. The burger was dry and tasteless. I had to wait 10 minutes for 2 sundaes, then he forgot to bring us spoons, again I had to ask for it. I would go to this place again and hoping the service will improve.
Dont bother coming here. Their page says they close at 8 yet they only accept cash 1hr prior to close and close down 30mins prior to 8. Save your time and go somewhere else.
