I been attend 8 Ball Sports Bar & Bullard since they was in the short north area. Since Covid I have not had a real chance to get out. Tonight me and my husband decided to come out and shoot pool tonight. I really hada bad experience with your bartender Krissy. She is really unprofessional, unfriendly and not approachable. My husband did not feel comfortable going to get a second round. We travel from New Albany, Ohio to attend your pool hall hoping to have a good experience.
No one EVER answers the phone! Doesn't matter the time of day or day of the week! It is SUPER frustrating!Also, the bartender gave herself an extra tip. I had 2 drinks & left her like $4 or $5 for a tip. She then helped herself to more, on top of that. When I called to speak with the manager, no one picked up. Surprise, surprise.I used to love this bar. It is chill, lowkey & relaxing.
Bartender Jackie seem to be high and was constantly drinking rude to customers started alter cation with JD bar help and African Abdi then started argument with Kristy other bar tender refused to leave from behind bar or bar she should not be allowed in bar ? for help she was about to Taz a customer because he accidentally pulled out expired ID then gave update one so she refused service and almost tazed Kristy other bar tender for yelling at her for her behavior she was being very messy and racist
We came here for a big APA pool tournament last weekend and had to not only pay the entry fee for our team we also had to pay every game to use the tables during tournament play! They were not staffed enough or ha e a big enough kitchen to handle that big of event. The service even at the bar was super slow and the kitchen went down 2 times in one day. Prices on food were ok but drink prices were outrageous! Really wish APA would pick somewhere else to hold the next big tournament. It was clean and they had an outdoor smoking patio outback which was nice.
Too many billiard tables. Won't be disappointed at this place. Love their 9ft tables.
Good setting. Waitress was very friendly and professional. People at the bar were friendly and nice.I will definitely be back.
Wow. Was impressed by this place on a Saturday afternoon. The pool tables are great. The drink service is slow. But the bar food came out fast once ordered. And it was so good
This is a pretty chill diverse bar. I've been 5 times and its always been tables to play at in comparison to other bars. I felt safe as minority in this world in comparison to other pool places that have people that have never seen a minority before lol. There are I believe 8 full size pool tables and like 20 smaller pool tables. Only con is that they're usually understaffed so it may take like 5 mins to get balls from the bar since two people work the bar, food, and clean.
My favorite of all time. I'm 36 now and I have been going there since they opened. Customers service is beyond amazing and the food is to die for.
Had a pool tournament over weekend. Waitress was doing most of entire place order wise and was amazing major props to her! Clean nice place. Tables nice. Would definitely go back. Prices very reasonable as well.
