Absolutely DELICIOUS food! Service was delightful, everything tasted wonderful, and we will definitely be back! We are thankful to have an option besides Crown of India in Strongsville!
Best Indian Restaurants I ever been. I was visiting this state and I am always craving authentic Indian food and this restaurant took me to Indian authentic taste right away, customer service was on point, cleanliness of restaurant was great, food tasted delicious and quantity was good for the money we spent. Definitely going to visit again if we visit again. Thanks so much chef and whole team of this restaurant for taking me back home and serving authentic Indian food!
I had to change my previous 5 star rating to 2 stars after visiting a second time. I ordered Rogan josh with lamb, and got a bowl of sauce with very few pieces of lamb. The meet was submerged and lost in a bowl of sauce. This was even AFTER they charged us $2.00 more to cover inflation costs.
Quiet and nice place to have lunch, as forewarned they are short staffed so not much of quick service, or people to greet and help much. Best Indian restaurant in Cleveland. Receptionist who took my order was very professional and polite. They made the all the dishes the way we asked. They gave us complimentary ginger ice cream and it was superb. Chef came to our table to make sure we got our food to our exception.
I went to Zupadi with friends. I'm very impressed with Chef at Zupadi. He fine-tuned each dish to individual spice level preferences. The naan was fresh and artistic. I loved the Butter Chicken the Dal Makhani and the Lamb Korma. We stayed and talked for hours. Can't wait to try everything else. I'll keep coming back again and again.
Food is good. They are overpriced for sure. Butter chicken doesn’t have enough chicken in it and it’s way overpriced compared to other Indian restaurants! I have been to all sorts of restaurants and have not seen prices go high as these people are charging. They have not kept their prices to meet the market(other Indian restaurants or even other restaurants in general), they were already high and went up higher using inflation as an excuse. ??♀️ Their service is super slow when dining in and don’t even serve papad or anything to wait on it. Their prices for sure are what concerns me. Rice is sooo small in quantity compared to other Indian restaurants! just compare portions and pricing with other Indian restaurants, you won’t be disappointed at my comment.
