Last time coming here staff was attentive but man the food was just bland and unimpressive no flavor whatsoever, portions sizes were absolutely ridiculous, worse than a kids menu size. Ordered orange chicken with 2 sides that came with it onion rings and fries, they gave me legit count ‘em 3 single onion rings and my big plate of orange chicken and rice was half full,and the fresh squeezed orange juice I ordered as a drink was undrinkable I understand a slight tang with OJ this was just completely sour and bitter and tasted nothing like orange juice, I don’t know what they gave me, and I could better tasting and more portions at any other Chinese takeout place in Cleveland; Just ridiculous. I don’t understand the hype around this place I’ve had this place a few times and there’s always no flavor, weathers is lunch dinner or breakfast.

Can't say it's a great value. But the food is good. What I can say is that it's a nice location. We bike there on the towpath and then bike back. To be able to get a little exercise around having the food was a really nice thing. The quality was fine but nothing outstanding. Servers did the best they could with a very busy restaurant.
Slow! The place was busy but it took us 1.5 hours to get our seat and food after we were told only 15 minute wait at 2pm. They need a dedicated bus person. The hostess was working her butt off. They were seating parties of 2 at tables for 4 when tables for 2 were cleaned and available, they needed more organization. Our food came out correct but warm not hot, like it had been sitting a while. I'm talking my 4 star rating into a 3 star rating as I continue to type this review. I recommend the homemade tango sauce, it is like honey mustard with horseradish sauce. Our burger was burnt charred on outside but otherwise good.
I didn't care for the food here. I ordered a burger and sweet potato fries to go. I ate the fries in the car because I didn't want them to be cold by the time I got home, but they were already cold. Dipping sauce was good. Ate the burger when I got home. I asked for medium temperature, but it was well done and dry. Disappointed.
Simple, family friendly, midsized diner with a clean and fun atmosphere. My wife and I took our young kids for dinner and had a very nice time.Kids loved being able to order breakfast for dinner. The free scoop of ice cream topped with their choice of chocolate syrup, whipped topping and or sprinkles also helped.Took a minute to recognize parking was in the lower area as the the lot nearest Rockside had a ton of signs for other stores only.
I had their veggie burger and sweet potato fries . The fries come with a sweet mustard kinda sauce. ? it was great. Service was good .
One of my favorite places, always enjoyable and I'll keep coming back! The lotso fries are a must and if you have never had them with their Tango sauce, which is pretty similar to a mayo based honey mustard, this is a must- go and try now! My friend ordered breakfast and I got a salad with salmon. Their salmon is one of my favorites and honestly there are notnthat many places that will give you a great portioned salmon and Yours Truly outshines the rest. Sit down amd enjoy their cute diner like set up or grab it to go, the quality is exactly the same exceptional and amazing. Very highly recommend!
Highly recommend! Great food, great service, quaint diner style booths and seating. The gluten free pancakes were perfect and fluffy, not mushy like other places I've tried. They also have gf bread and can do a French toast.
It’s okay. They raised their prices and bring out mediocre food. My omelette wasn’t fully cooked. I tasted the hash browns on the plate, which were slightly over cooked (but I didn’t complain about that). The waitress took the plate back and the manager brought a microwaved dish (the same plate) out to me and waited to see if the omelette was cooked. How weird is that? The plate is going back and forth to different people’s hands…just give me a new omelette Lolol.Then my husband’s bacon was burnt. I had to ask for new bacon. Come on guys. Before it touched the plate and before it hit the table, you knew it was burnt. They need better quality control…or better care for that matter. They’re kind of nonchalant there. Seems that if you raise your prices, you’d get better food and a better experience. Nope, you pay more and get less.Of all the Yours Truly restaurants, I was least impressed with this one.
