I have eaten here several times with my co-workers and with friends. I have never met such an inappropriate and incredibly rude hostess anywhere in my life. She was not only dismissive and condescending she was not well informed either. After my last conversation with her I can tell you I will not go back. I will not recommend it to clients or friends either. I now prefer Sausalito's - a bit more pricey but the service is well worth the extra bucks. Note to the Lizard - the people greeting and speaking with customers should know how to do so. I have encountered this person on more than five occasion and each time she has been worse than the time before. She really should not be dealing with people, she needs a lesson in what customer service actually is. Thank you.
Winking Lizard Galleria has great food and drinks. I enjoyed the Patty Melt and it was cooked well done just like I asked. The Fried Mac and Cheese Wedges were delicious. I loved that they have a Drink of the Month and for May 2022 it's the Razzlemonade. Razzlemonade has Smirnoff Raspberry, Triple Sec, and Lemonade and it's a wonderful mixed drink.
The service was nice. The food and drinks were good. The atmosphere was the typical sports bar & grill, but a bit more vibrant than most. For an out of town person, I wouldn't say Winking Lizard is a must eat at place, but it's definitely a viable option and if I lived locally, I would eat at the Winking Lizard fairly frequently.The bottom line: I had a great time with good food and friends. It's a great place to kick back and enjoy yourself.

I am give ng this a one because clearly this is NOT a double shot. Charged 13.00 for what they call 2 oz of alcohol. The accepted Standard is 1.5oz per shot. I do believe this was not even 1oz. Also the chicken breast I ordered was the smallest breast I have seen anywhere.
We were in town for a volleyball tournament and the restaurant was insanely busy yet service was still excellent! Food arrived in a reasonable time, server and manager kept our drinks full and everything in between! My son told the manager we needed our server. Once the server arrived the manager happened to be walking by, my son asked our server for ketchup and the manager joked with my son that he could have asked him for ketchup! He was friendly about it letting which lead me to the assumption that team work is strong amount ALL staff!
Whoever the mgr is needs to take a class on how to deal with customers!… was there for Browns game not sure if he’s mgr or what (had a flannel on)… very rude !… was rude with every customer I seen ask him a question
The fish was good the waitress was so nice and polite the place was clean and the people were very friendly.
