Sightseeing and decided to search Google for nearby restaurants and we decided on Wahlburgers. The menu offered options to accommodate the palates of everyone in our party. The service was great, the burgers and chicken sandwich were amazing, the thick cut steak fries not so much. They were out of sweet potatoes so we missed out on the sweet potato fries. A little pricey compared to other restaurants we visited but, it is what it is. This was still a good decision. Overall, we enjoyed it. The restaurant is situated directly across the street from the Jack Casino ?
It was a slow night and dinner hour was not crazy busy. The bathroom was very dirty and gross. The food came out cold and not in correct plate order. Food runner bad attitude and threw plates down like he was tossing a ball. Everyone had a attitude and very lazy except the waitress. She felt bad with food being cold and offered to take items off the bill. We refused due to product costs and explained we didn’t want anything for free. We wanted to tip her fair and honestly. Sad everyone else don’t care. Not her fault….The Mac and Chs side dish with extra toppings was also cold and bland/plain taste. The manager never came to to the table to apologize. This place was a hot mess. If the Walbugers were in town they would be embarrassed to how this place was not being cared for. Save your money until Walburgers change management and care.
I was travelling back from Columbus to Toronto with my 14yo after his lacrosse tournament (which they won! Yay!) and on the way out of town after visiting the Rock n Roll HOF we stopped here for lunch. Had I known we had a location in Toronto we would have tried Steaks and Shakes which we don’t have in Canada but our awesome Uber driver the night before said this was a must try so we made the trip. Our server was nice - the food was good but I was expecting a lot more given the hype. Likely won’t head back to any of the locations with all the other amazing burger joints out there now but definitely worth giving it a go once :)
I really like the burgers here. They have a bit of a sweetness to them and are flavorful. I do recognize that’s not the flavor for everyone. I really enjoyed my burger (BBQ) and had the onion straws with it. They are a bit of a different flavor but were good. Our server was very attentive even though she was running the whole place it felt like.The only reason for 4/5 stars is the price vs portion. My burger was over $15 and it’s pretty small. Some people may not be full from this for the price.
March 2022: Stopped here for lunch on a comp from the Jack Casino. They gave me $30 that I used to get the Double melt, tots, vanilla shake, and chili to go.Pros:* Clean restaurant with a bar and plenty of TVs on the walls.* Friendly staff who were attentive to my needs. It was not very busy so I was in and out within 15 minutes.* The double melt (aka patty melt with "government cheese) was delicious, but I would want maybe a pepper jack cheese the next time.* The chili was really good. The sour cream gave it a nice texture and less acidic flavor.Cons:* The tots were plentiful and good, but too much oil. I could not finish them all.* The shake size was supposed to be large, but then I got what looked like a baby size for like $5 and change. Next time, I'll have to try the adult shakes with alcohol in them.* The menu seems to have been downsized since the pandemic. I remember more items being on it.Conclusion: I will try them again.

Antwon was very attentive! He suggested the white sangria and it was perfect! menu is small so it would almost be hard to go back again. Food was very delicious!

Perfectly cooked burger most would enjoy. Unfortunately it was cooked with no sear. It's not bad, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. The fries were very good, crisp and well seasoned. The onion rings are fantastic, very fine cut stringy and crisp. Okay, maybe I'll stop back for those.
The deep fried pickles were off the hook. The burger was the best I had in a long long time . The waiter was Superior. I will be returning there with my husband in a couple weeks ☺️?
