Mediocre chicken, heavily breaded, terrible customer service, and it is required that you pay in advance.Never again.
Tried to place an order via phone and the man on the phone was rude, EXTREMELY short w/me when I asked about the menu. I mean I called to spend $$ @ your establishment!! You want to do business in the inner-city but reflect VERY POOR AND DISRESPECTFUL customer service. My family/friends WILL NOT spend our $$ here EVER again!! And yes...the word will spread about the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Used to eat there a bunch, tried to put in a phone order and they said I had to pay up front. I never had to do that again, and I didn't have my wallet as I was outside on the porch and I asked if I could pay when I picked up as I have a HUNDRED other times. Oh well, time for a new chicken spot :(Old review: Have eaten there twice and it was delicious both times! The chicken was hot and fresh and the breading was to die for, crispy and wonderful (I got the 'seasoned' breading both times). I recommend to anyone!
The heavy set Caucasian man that works there is very rude.. I will never spend a dime of my money there ever again... poor customer service and the ribs are boiled...

Service takes on a different standard later in the day. You'll find service being better earlier in the day
Their food is always fresh and hot, because you have to order ahead. Their cheese cake is awesome!!!!
Used to be a good place but due to the bad customer service I won’t give them my money any longer.
