Ordered the Papaya Salad with Medium heat that could not have been more tasteless lacking any flavor. There was an abundance of the salad served with a lime. Disappointed. Second dish was the Seafood Pad Thai also Medium heat. Again a good sized serving without any flavor and certainly no more spice heat than could be achieved with salt and pepper. No cilantro or egg that is often the garnish. The Shrimp Rolls were crunchy and tasty.
Date night ( mid-afternoon ?) @tyfuncle Ty Fun Thai Bistro in Tremont. Nice crispy Prawn Rolls. Which are Deep fried shrimp wrapped in spring rolls wrapper. Nice subtle sweet Sauce. Tom Kha Soup which is a Thai style coconut soup with chicken, lemongrass, celery, corn, mushroom, onion and lime juice. Great flavor. Would have liked more heat. Panang red curry which is Cooked in coconut milk with mixed veggie. It looked like soup. My wife liked it very much. Ma Mung which is Sauteed with celery, onion, cashew nuts, pineapple, pepper, in chili garlic sauce. Again would have liked it to be more spicy. Overall a solid meal.
Wonderful place. Great food, friendly upbeat staff. And beautiful Ambiance. Would give them 10 Stars if I could. Will return. Please go check them out. You won't be disappointed.
Ordered TY FUN for the first time today through Uber Eats. I was beyond satisfied by my order. It was incredibly fresh, hot and delicious even after traveling 30 minutes. I’m pretty picky about pho, and TY FUN’s vegan pho and crispy tofu are by far the best I’ve had in Cleveland.
No wonder this is a local sought after. Trendy Tremont all the more with this restaurant. Nice outside eating also cool vibe and location. A can't miss if you're in for some Thai fun.
Sunny makes every experience special. The food is the best in Cleveland, hands down.
Best duck I've ever had. Other places cannot compare. And nice atmosphere.
Always looking for vegetarian options, Thai is normally a good option, and Ty Fun Thai Bistro had no lack of these.I enjoyed the vegetarian spring rolls, with a delightful dipping sauce, sweet with peanuts in it.The Massaman Curry was on point, chock full of robust flavors, crispy tofu, firm veggies and just enough spice to let you know what it is (I normally order my Thai a bit more spicy, however not knowing what their base spice level was, I decided to test first). The help was very welcoming, courteous and authentically Thai. This was quite good and I look forward to returning for more!Sawatdee Khrap?
The staff are friendly and it's in a quiet spot in town. Loved the food
They are now open for lunch, which we had. The lunch menu is more limited than the dinner menu, but adequate for lunch. Appetizers were tasty, hot and fresh. The entrees we had were good, although not as spicy as I usually think of when I think of Thai food. Wish the waitress had asked how we would like it spiced. Portions were fairly large for lunch. The dining room is small but comfortable. Service was friendly and quick, but it was not crowded when we were there. They have an outdoor dining are that would be nice in good weather, and a parking lot next door. Overall we were happy
