Unfortunately, its not possible to leave less than 1 star. Your over the phone customer service is my first contact. The gentleman I spoke with was rude, and hung up quickly while I was asking a question. My husband called back to find out about the time the food would be ready and he had an attitude. Needless to say we didn't take our business there. This is the difference between doing business and bidness.I live South of Union and would love to buy barbq in my neighborhood and from black ppl but, places like this make it difficult!
Unfortunately it's a shame some ppl have no phone etiquette. Some businesses shouldn't allow their employees to answer the phone if they don't know how to talk to customers. I am a black business owner that was trying to call in an order over $50, but the person on the phone was rude, that I will not use this business and I will advise my other friends that are also business owners not to attempt to do business here. So this interaction not not only cost you one customer but at least 15 other customers
Waited an hour and a half for an overpriced burger and some wings. Watched 5 couples get their food before me which leads me to believe they forgot about my order. The food itself is fine but certainly not worth 30 bucks and a 90 minute wait.
I knew it was Gunna be good when I walked out the door and homie told me to be careful with my plate cuz "its some juice in the greens"... Had the beef rib dinner plate, and was very satisfied with everything. The ribs were flavorful the sauce not too sweet but still some punch in it. The greens were my favorite greens I've ever had from a bbq joint EVER. Star of the dish. And the mac n cheese was perfectly made. No soupy Mac and cheese, no cheese sauce, just cheese and pasta, got a couple burnt pieces but thats bonus points for me. 5 stars and will be coming back with my crew to enjoy the spoils. Down low joint with great BBQ, friendly staff, and decent price for such a big portion of food.
Best Polish Boys in town. Most hole-in-the-wall places have the best food.
Got the rib dinner sauce ribs n fries are so good I should have got double fries bc I don’t eat coleslaw lol
