They need more beautiful faces and more customer service instead of hiring people that really don't want to do the job and give customers a hard time when they're paying
The staff act like they work in a coal mine. Always miserable. Do the least amount of work possible. They never put ice in my drinks. Ask them for sauce and they get an attitude. They are the first Taco Bell to get rid of items. Every visit is truly a mystery, you never know how it’s gonna go.
So, the dude at the drive through totally read back the orders auctioneer style, and had fun with it. Customers were amused etc. And they even got the order right! Imagine that! At least one team member was really good at his job! Very rare nowadays! I just hope to hope that he's dropping science at local bars that have live music, if that still exists?
Arrived pretty much at closing time and still got our large order 100% correct. Feel bad for putting them through it in hindsight, but we had to stop in a pinch as it was the only place around open. Everyone that works there deserves nothing but the best for dealing with people like us
The workers at this location are honestly really nice. My order has not been wrong at all yet. I hope neither of these things changes
I placed a mobile order here, and they got it totally wrong. Incorrect number of items, and i'm vegan so when they didn't omit meat&sour cream I couldn't eat any of it. They were very good about letting us come back in and made us the correct food. I decided to try again the next day&placed another mobile order. Correct number of items, but again, the way the food was prepared made it so I couldn't eat any of it.
One of the better Taco Bell’s we get take out at. They seldom get our order wrong and that says a lot in the Cleveland area and suburbs. Clean place and the employees are friendly and nice.
It was Taco Bell around midnight on a Thursday. Not unlike every other Thursday night when the witching hour tolls and the hunger compels hordes of the incoherent and insufferable to seek nourishment in any form, no matter how grotesque. The soul wrenching, inhuman waking nightmare you invite upon yourself grows, mutates within you, becomes you, consumes you, and abandons you, a lifeless husk, dashed across an alien, yet familiar craggy landscape between awareness and torment, adjacent to the commode, beneath , between, and amidst the ephemera of hygienic pursuits that are hazy memories of the life you once lived, a life far from where you rested on sheets of fine linen and dwelt among the living....TL/DR - It's basically diarrhea fuel
I've gone to this Taco Bell location a few times over the last couple of years and I've never had an issue with rude employees or unsatisfactory food orders. Drive thru staff, when I've visited, have always been prompt & friendly, especially Felicia H., she was very professional and kind.
This location on w 117th st sucks. The staff is rude. I order thru uber eats and the driver says they not accepting uber eats orders after 11pm... How can taco bells deny the order if its already been accepted.smh
