I live in downtown Cleveland!! I don't eat taco bell often, because I always make homemade tacos. But when I get the craving for taco bell this location MAKES ME SOOO SICK EMEDIATELY ?? THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN CUZ SUMTHIN AIN'T RIGHT.( and yes it's my fault for going back the 2nd time)?
Cool concept for a taco bell, but the whole experience was slow because of the ordering kiosks. Not as quick as a cashier.
We tried it twice over the weekend ordering online and on both occasions they forgot part of our order and then there wasn't any way to contact them to get the items replaced or to complain. It looked like these employees were severely overworked and understaffed. The food was basic taco bell but based on their service I wouldn't go to this store again.
Ordered a Combo box and the whole box was not even made right. Soft tacos with just meat and cheese no lettuce. No sauce in the burritos. I had to tell them I had items missing they tried to give me half my order instead of everything I paid for.
It’s 11:00 and they are yelling at all their customers that they are closed. It says they are open at 1am so I do not know what is going on but we have a lot of confused customers.
Very bad customer service. Guy sweeping the dinning room and when u ask for a cup he doesnt wash his handsJust witness the manager in a verbal argument with a customer over the manager instead of taking care of the customers he was too busy chasing girls around and out the store.Workers very slow in making the orders as well. Thought it be quick before a cavs game but never again.
Since when did TB get thugs posing as security guards..Avoid this place at all cost..you could possible be kicked out before you enter.Also lots Drug activity and dealing of drugs
It was made in a timely manner , no bad or good review of the employees , but I guess no negative comment is a good one
Awesome Taco Bell location.Courteous staff.Burritos were kinda light though.Downtown needed this for sure. ?
Stopped here for a quick bite. The atmosphere is awesome and even the music makes this place better to dine-In. Staff are fabulous amazing. One of the best Taco Bell stops I even been. Definitely worth sitting here to eat. Would give it 10 stars if Google would allowed me.
