Delicious. Decent portion size. Fast service. But I thought it was over priced. ? $16 for noodles salad and some meat and an egg roll for take out...
We got pho, spring rolls and mango bubble tea.The pho was delightful! The spring rolls were decent but were mostly noodles and could've used some more vegetables. The mango bubble tea was average and wasn't fully filled in the cup. Overall I'd come back just for the pho ?
My first time ever having pho.. this is my cousin's favorite place she goes for lunch and dinner, she drives from Avon Lake to come and have their soup and summer rolls. Delicious food my sister cannot use chopsticks as you can see in these pictures. I totally enjoyed your restaurant very friendly and helpful staff , my only complaint is your bathroom could be cleaner....!
The food is always delicious. This restaurant is my favorite place in all Ohio. Today though, I was taken back by the wonderful service so much so that I thought I should write review.The service is always good, but today it meant so much to be greeted by Hailey's shining customer service skills and kindness. She made my hard month so much better, by just being genuine.Superior Pho is superior in every way. Everyone should give it a go!

The restaurant shares a building with one or two other restaurants and each one has its name and images plastered on the walls and windows front and back. So this place is not that easy to locate. The address is 3030 Superior but the entrance on Superior is sketchy. Important to use the parking lot at the rear of the building - it's ample and more secure than parking on the street.I already knew not to expect too much in the way of ambiance - very simple dining in two separate rooms, not much in the way of decor. By the time we left, both rooms were full of diners - assurance that people were there for good food and didn't care much about the decoration! Over a dozen different types of pho are offered, most with various types/cuts of beef. There is a vegetarian pho and one with chicken and a few pork options and it looks like shrimp can be substituted in any of the beef dishes. But this is definitely a beef pho place. There is a pretty good selection of appetizers (including spring and summer rolls and chicken cabbage salad) and Bahn Mi Thit, a popular Vietnamese sandwich, is a house specialty. We enjoyed our main dish phos very much - mine a pho with beef brisket and flank and a vermicelli noodle soup with chicken for my wife. Both had excellent broth and were served with a generous side of bean sprouts. jalapeno, fresh herbs. Everything was very good but I think I would like to try some other things next time. Meanwhile I just wish it hadn't been so COLD inside.
WOW!!! This was really great. I had the number 10 or 12Chicken Pho with greens and the pork sandwich w/pate.Sorry the name escapes me but let me tell you it was wonderful.Our waitress was very attentive.My picky eater was with me and loved everything. The coconut jelly bubble tea was amazing!
Unfortunately had to dock some stars because their service was poor the last time we tried to eat here. We where immediately seated and then ignored for 20 minutes. We ended up leaving because we where hungry and needed to eat. We never even got our order in. I understand that the dinner rush can be busy, but they should have just told us to wait until they where ready to serve us.Any other time I’ve ordered online, the food is delicious and on time. So this spot is great, but I wish that the dine in experience was a tad better.
I’ve been eating at Superior Pho for at least 15 years. It is ALWAYS amazing in regards to food quality. Best pho ever, no contest, and I’ve been to at least 30 pho restaurants in different states/places that are known for such.Most of the time the staff is fine, but today (11/2/21) the service was awful. Lots of time texting on the phone, never asked if things were fine or if we needed anything else. He seemed very disgruntled to be there in general and had attitude. Not a thank you or anything of that sort. If I was including the service today into my overall review I’d give Superior a 4/5. The food as always is a 10/10 and historically the staff is great. Hopefully the service issue doesn’t continue.
