I have been coming to sub city for about 2 years now and the food use to be really good and fresh but now the wings is over cooked and customer service is not terrible at all locations. I will never return unless they get new cooks and new attitudes.
Tip top sandwich and fries. Would've got 5 stars of they sold corned beef.

Ordered lunch today, and chicken Philly is super dry, shrimp way over cooked. I also ordered their wings because I’ve heard good things and they were small and hard, barely any sauce on them. Honey gold sauce has very little flavor. Don’t think I’ll them again
Ordered wings and fries last night spent a total of $36.00 food was terrible!!! Been throwing up since I ate it!!never again??

Food and service is terrible.I tried giving this restaurant multiple chances because I’ve had their food before & it was great, but lately is been horrible and I am absolutely disappointed!
Very very good subs. Fries cooked a bit too hard for me personally, but still delicious. Just ask to fry lightly on the fries.
The store in Elyria Ohio just had their grand opening today,and I must say they have the best sandwiches I have ever eaten the chicken philly is a world of it's own. I will definitely be going back
Customer service here is great! Cashier needs a little work on Wednesday it was busy But management stepped up and had everyone out within 10 to 15 minutes after its seem like the orders wouldnt stop coming. But he handle it very well. Great job to the whole stuff it was a very busy nice
