Never brought curbside out, nor did they answer when I called the number on the curbside sign 3 times. Said they were too short staffed to run food out. Ok, but answer the phone to let customers know! Also, was missing bacon on my double bacon and cheese burger. Fries ice cold, and SUPER salty. I like salt, but wow!
PAY ATTENTION:Who ever runs this place now needs to teach other mangers in steak n shake how its done. This has gone from the worst location to one of the best restaurants around in terms of service and quality of food.Lot of them are new and they are understaffed like everyone else, please forgive them on time, i know for a fact they're trying their best. I know it sounds funny for this location, but there are nice people in there now.

Slow and no shakes due to short staffing, however the food was amazing and the employees were so nice!
Waited entirely too long to order and receive food. I received the wrong shakes. Did not have the time to drive back because of work. Waisted money and time.
Food was hot but they got our orders wrong. And menu options have definitely been down graded, I'm guessing d/t COVID.
Food was pretty good considering there was only two people working and a line wrapped around the building. The inside is not open so drive thru is overwhelmed. After getting to the window it took an additional at least 6-7 minutes to place the order and then another 10-12 to get the food and this was after finally getting to the order screen. However the gentleman working was very patient and polite in making sure he did get our order correct.
Dominique was very rude and very slow. She whispered something to the cook and messed up our order completely and food was cold!!!! You need a more responsible and respectful crew!!!! that understands how to take an order and then cook the food correctly! and also CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, if you don't wanna work then go home!!!!
Shakes were supposed to be half price before 4 pm. But by the time I got to the window it was 4:12 spent over 20 minutes in line behind just 2 cars. The fries were barely warm. Won't go there again.
My burger was tasty, but they were dreadfully slow. There were 4 people in line, and for a burger and fries it took 15 mins. Five Guys is right across the street and much faster.
