Stopped to grab a drink for my wife and son, so glad this is one with great service. I'm not a coffee drinker at all, they understood and got exactly the sizes and drinks my family needed.
To the nice lady who made my drink, i would like to say THANK YOU! She put the perfect amount of caramel, and just enough oatmilk in my espresso. Magnificent!! The woman who made my drink understands exactly how much ice to put in when somebody orders light ice. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
Started to go to this place since the one I normally used to go . for some reason it was close for a while . so I started going here and they are so friendly people. Amazing customer service.. And there is this lady i believe her name is Susan omg she is amazing memorize people and she knows their orders already . she is also has amazing customer service. Even havin a bad day come here and your mood totally change!❤?
Starbucks is never going to earn more than 1 star as long as the employees act as if they are doing me a favor. When you charge as much as you do, then force the customer to ask for a bag for the 5 items not including the coffee there's a problem and it's not the customer! We don't all get to love or even like the jobs we choose to work at. Maybe find another job if the customers are so intolerable.
I’m so done with this location. They rip me off on the sweet cream cold foam every single time. This is so not worth the extra $1.25. The other location on Royalton has no issues making this exact drink and making sure there’s enough foam.
Not pleased. I don't often get coffee from the brick and mortar stores, because I generally brew Starbucks at home. Being said, I expect the quality to be impeccable and the product a treat.This is not it. Nothing like a nice mouthful of coffee grounds.Put in a compliant through the corporate site. Requested information tied to my Starbucks account which I do not have. I indicated this and was provided a similar response prompting me for the same information.Please make this right and comp my next $3 vente veranda roast.

I had a difficult start to my day, and even went to the wrong Starbucks to pick up my mobile order. But, this wonderful group of people had my order ready and even had a sweet little message written on the top of my cup. It turned my frown upside down heading into the rest of my day, and I wanted to give them a shout out! Thank you guys! God bless.
Waited 20 minutes in line just to be greeted by a not so pleasant cashier who said they can't serve medium or large drinks because they have no lids??? Ordered a muffin instead and they were out of that, too. Couldn't exit at that point so had to wait another 15 minutes just to leave. Cashier could have been nice and accommodating but instead was rude. Don't take your anger out on innocent customers. Wish I would have gotten her name so I could let a manager know.
