This used to be a great Starbucks but now it sucks. They refuse to let regular folks use the bathroom. All the other Starbucks like regular Folk use the bathrooms why is this one so special. Open the bathrooms and I will not leave my coffee cup and bag on your table!

I work at UH so I order from this location often. The store is extremely clean everytime I go in. The baristas are all so kind and upbeat. My drink is always made the exact way I request it! I love this store - it's the best one in Cleveland in my opinion !!! ❣

Peppermint mocha creme Brulee" just SUCKED! I don't know if it wasn't made right or what? It was bitter, we also had two sandwiches which I have ,all the time at our local Starbucks. that are normally fabulous! The two sandwiches from this Starbucks were cold, tough, hard like that sat out all morning . and she ,or he , or they just reheated the sandwiches!! The sandwiches were tough cardboard!! Plus, they didn't even give us our cake pops. I was running late for a doctor appointment. I couldn't go back to have any of this corrected. I was from out of town. Placed the order at the wrong star bucks to began with. And, that didn't sit well with the staff at the Starbucks. They did honor a order I paid for online at another store.so, they made are drinks with a grudge. But, it was paid for with a STARBUCKS CARD They did HONOR IT. THANK YOU STARBUCKS! DONT BUY THE PEPPERMINT MOCHA CREME BRULEE flavor anything ! It's just NASTY!
I was in on a very busy Saturday morning (11/30). The person at the register was excellent. I felt as if I was the only person there and was well taken care of. The line was long but she made if feel like no big deal. The staff was focused and working hard to fill the long list of orders. They were amazing.
Never have the Ingredients to a caramel spice cider. Like how long does it take to get y’all supplies in?
