On 5/11 this location closed at 6pm (instead of 9pm as indicated on google) and there was no signage indicating the store had closed early. There were about 6 cars just waiting …. I got up to the window and one barista happened to pass by and she looked visibly annoyed that we weren’t aware that they were closed? Some form of communication would be helpful in the future!
Starbucks coffee is always delicious but at this Starbucks I was a little disappointed. They didn't have any cup holders and I was walking and many others were as well. they didn't have any of those little Stoppers to put in the holes of the cups. And I waited at least 10 minutes or longer for my caramel macchiato. Did Starbucks close in Ohio the Starbucks in Las Vegas to Starbucks in Texas to the Starbucks in Denver they all have their condiments out do Starbucks still didn't have their condiments out even though the mask mandate is over with and I didn't offer you any either when you bought your coffee.
Friendly staff, nice indoors, nice outdoors. The drive through is fine too.Hope they unionize!!!
One of the best Starbucks in the area. Drive thru always fast. Always makes drinks correctly and always has the food and drinks in stock
It seems like everytime I order my coffee off Uber eats it’s messed up.I ordered a venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew with sweet cream cold foam on top, and my coffee came completely black!It’s already insane spending 13$ Plus tip on coffee just to be delivered… so it’s super disappointing when it’s messed up.I’ll never order from this location again ??♀️
They are always busy! Sometimes it’s crazy trying to park to go inside. However, I’ve never had a bad experience. My order is always accurate and the baristas are friendly. The shift mgrs at the horrid chipotle across the street should train with them.
Always busy in the mornings. Having the drive through is great but when the line is long others who are trying to get in the parking lot to pick up in store orders aren’t able to get in because the way the driveway is designed. Otherwise i really like this location the staff is very polite.
I had ordered from the app so by the time I got to the actual store, (about 10 mins) my drink, a grande sugar cookie almond milk latte, was cold. When I walked in, I asked the cashier if my order was ready. He just pointed to where the app orders were on the counter and didn’t even say anything!!! I decided not to complain that my drink was cold, since the cashier was not to friendly.
First time at this location. My daughter ordered online and the traffic was busy so it took me 25mins to get there. I seen 3 of the 4 items on the counter and the barista asked me the name on the order I told her and she is going to say it was sitting there 2 hours. But she made another one.
The best Starbucks I have ever been to!! I was stressed studying for my board exam and going to Clifton Starbucks every morning always makes my day! The staff there always goes out of their way to make me feel welcomed and loved, I truely appreciate it! Shout out to the store manager Maria who is the sweetest person ever!! Love the atmosphere in this Starbucks and the coffee is of course amazing too!
