This Starbucks is one of the most busiest I’ve been to. They handle all of the hospital, patients, families and employees. If it ever takes a while to get your coffee, that’s why. I am so grateful for the evening/nightshift crew. They are always pleasant and helpful. They work non-stop. Scott has been one of the employees that has lifted my spirits when I needed it. Hoping they go back to overnight hours soon. We miss you!

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to (I mean it’s Starbucks, so take with a grain of salt, but still). It takes FOREVER to get your coffee even thought there are never less than 5 people behind the counter. Most are nice so there’s that at least. But once I had to wait 45 min the worst coffee ever made. The consistency of this coffee should never change, it’s been decades and it’s the most well known name in coffee now, make it the same in every store. C’mon people, it’s coffee, not a kidney transplant, how hard can this be.
On October 23 2021 at the orlando airport terminal I had the best coffee ever. I can’t say it was the best but none have been better. At the cleveland clinic crile building after hours of appointments today I was in need of a good cup of coffee. When I got back to the ihg hotel and opened it up it had very little cream so I put 2 extra creamers in it. No change in color. It was extremely old. Sooo old even extra cream made no difference. I got brave and took a sip. Absolute garbage coffee. I took the cup back and there was a line so I just left it at the counter. Heads up. Check and make sure you don’t get last weeks coffee before you leave.
