The best Minsto drink we have had in a very long time! Very clean and super friendly service. They know how to make good drinks!
Starbucks always has great service and drinks.
We’re not from the area, but we stopped at this location to get coffee. While my husband turned around in the car, my daughter and I tried to open the door and 3 ladies were inside (they looked like workers). The door was closed and locked, but instead they letting us know that it was closed, they started laughing at us when we were trying to open the door. Rude!
Knowing I don't drink Starbucks I decided to give them a try today OR NOT SMH. So the online system wasnt taking orders b4 1:30 (which is the deadline) so I decided to go 2 mins down the road an order. Waited 5 mins outside just to get told they cant take instore orders. I expessed I tried to use the app the lady told me to go down the street to another location. Now this is after I heard these two people of Caucasian Descent, not related nor together, say they where having the exact same issue. BUT was able to order and pay instore???.So is something in the money that I dont know about??. The world we live in is very closed off should I say. Never again.....This location also says close @6 but they really close @2
Took a Lyft here and 2 other locations to learn their closed. Please update your hours if you will be closed on Sundays.

One of my fav Starbucks!!! Best service!Just wished you change your hours to 6- 130 and not 6-2. The last half hour is spent denying potential customers who are giving your staff a hard time.

A little overcautious with the mobile app ordering only but still great service.
I have great childhood memories of going to this place before seeing a play with my mom. I went again yesterday by myself and the place is just as beautiful and the staff are just as friendly. Great drinks too and an incredible view of playhouse square from the shop. The only I wish they would change is they should have the upstairs seating open again, I miss that. Also at about 7pm they want people dining in to clear out, no big deal but I wish I could have stayed longer.
