I really do try to get this place a good review but the management seems pretty off. They never give customers a notice and they will always turn to mobile ordering only. NOT EVERYONE HAS THE APP. They are EXCLUDING customers. Not consistent with their customers.
Wow, really bad job. I love the staff, but the service is awful.Ordered: 7:48, roughly 2 people in line. Ordered cold brew and a white mocha. The person behind me ordered food and frappe.Each person got their drinks behind me by 8. I received mine only after asking where my drink is at 8:21.I spend lots of money here. I am extremely disappointed.How is it that 5-10 people get their drinks before me when they order complicated drinks after me? This is a joke at this point. They are really really bad.
Great place, friendly staff.So proud of them for their unionization effort and I hope they are successful! They have more support and I've gone out of my way to go to this Starbucks to support them!!
Stopped for coffee this week Red velvet cake was really good. The lady on the front sugested add Rasberry to my White Chocolate Mocha and let me tell you i fell in love. My daughter enjoyed her Non caffeinated Mocha Ha. Will come more often.
I used to go to this location often. I love my chia tea latte with whip! The staff is usually great... But, honestly, after my last experience, I'll probably give my business to the Starbucks on Euclid.After returning to Cleveland 2 days late, multiple flight cancellations and reroutes due to local weather. Visibly travel worn and with bags in tow, I just wanted get my tea and a quick change on my phone to order a car.Imagine my surprise to learn that sitting all by myself in the window seat is now a security risk. A "security" officer found it necessary to inform me that I cannot sit there. I explained myself and that I'd be on my way shortly. This was not satisfactory to him. He proceeded to stare, pace and pretend to call someone, who? I dunno.After a brief exchange, admittedly not my grandest moment, I wound my cord, took my bags and sloshed through the slush to find a warm and welcoming place to order my car.How does hiring a "security gaurd" to kick out your guests make any sense in the long term success of your company, I do not know. (Especially, in the day of social media, online ratings and comments.)This is especially disappointing as it is a gay owned location. As a member and avid supporter of the LGBT community this location appears to be no longer welcoming or gay (happy).Remember when the flu was just a flu?When a sneeze got you a cheerful "God bless you!" And, a cough got you a, "would like some soup?"Does anyone else remember when we could just sit and gather ourselves enjoying our favorite beverage at a starbucks??? Ahhh, the good Ole days! Terrible attitudes here.This store is wanting to unionize. They will make a bad name for shops legitimately wanting to do so.They dont dont care for customers along with corporate. Just themselves.
Stayed there for hours. Nice atmosphere, nice people. Friendly and outgoing.
My go to Starbuck on my way to work. Macha tea lette my fave. Only drink I get, addicted to it.
Very busy location, tables looked pulled up to prevent in store dining right now which is fine. Overall this spot felt cramped and not very COVID friendly. Street parking in front is minimal with restrictions. Overall fine for a quick in and out order though.
Definitely not an ethnic friendly environment I don't think, very rude and inconsiderate staff. Employees failed to greet me as I walked into the door but immediately greeted the 4 non ethnic people who immediately walked in after I was served with noticiable enthusiasm.Young lady rolled her eyes lol when asked to make my peppermint beverage slightly peperminty along with my super small serving as shown.At least they didn't call the police as the other individuals found out when patronizing an unfriendly and unwelcoming starbucks environment such as this 1.I actually forgot about that incident until now. Won't return which I believe is what was intended.Surprised they don't have separate bathroom facilities which is how I was made to feel.
