I usually don’t take the time to write reviews unless something is actually really impressive or really horrible because ALL businesses should be meeting quality standards which is an expectation! However, my first time visiting this place today and the food is AMAZING! My green apple salad was very fresh and the salad dressing was very good! Tastes homemade! Even the cherry tomatoes were sliced in half for easier eating! My potato and Swiss soup was so very hearty and filling! Will be back again and again. My only complaint was that the guy taking my order wasn’t too friendly…maybe he was having a bad day. I won’t reach as to say I got a vibe that he’s not racial tolerant…I’ll just assume he was overworked. However my checkout guy with the awesome Rolling Stones belt was terrific!

the bread they give you with your soup is good size and good quality. the soup was somewhat mediocre. 16 ounce soup and bread was $8

Very delicious soups and the three 8oz soups for $11 is a great deal.

Fantastic local fresh food. I used to work near this location, and it was my absolute favorite spot for a filling and healthy meal. You cannot go wrong with any of their soups. My usual is the chicken paprikash, but the seasonal specials are always awesome as well. Their Caesar salad is also excellent - the dressing seems like it is made in-house, and the croutons are made in large pieces from their yeasty bread.Grilled cheese and tomato soup on a rainy day are always perfect. But they do sometimes sell out of grilled cheese.I also love their stock for homemade soup.

It's one of the first local establishment that I've tried in Cleveland, and admittedly, I was very impressed. Their Lemon Chicken soup is good.

So good, comforting and very filling. The bread and butter put the icing on the cake, the staff were nice.

?TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The rude, ill mannered "chef" (who walked to the counter with a knife in his hand) refused to serve me when the door was opened because "we don't open until 11am!" I explained that I was headed back to the Eastside (just dropped off a donation to the West Side Catholic Center) but HE INSISTED ON WALKING ME OUT THE DOOR (still with the knife in his hand) in order to lock the door behind me.SERIOUSLY....what a jerk being so rude for a 10 minutes!?As a fellow chef, I would recommend firing him!

Soup was great. Make sure you get the grilled cheese.

Walked in on an altercation between a clerk & customer. Yikes! Got 2 different soups which were savory & tasty although I wish they were Hot, not warm. My Greek salad was awesome & the bread was delicious.

I have been to this location and others for soup and salad, which is always delightful. Recently,, Ive been to this location twice for wings. It opens at 11am. The first time I arrived at 1130 and the second time at 1115. Both times they were sold out of wings. What I can't understand is, if the wings are that much in demand then why not provide more wings and cap the purchase amount per person. I came from mayfield heights, a 30 minute drive for absolutely nothing. I'm done!!! I don't even want to come back for soup or salad. Ridiculous business practices if you ask me!!!
