The bacon cheese fries are throw together with just a hunk of bacon burger was sloppy chicken sandwich thrown together also I was very unhappy but burger was tasty. It would be nice it the employees took pride in their work like they did being on their phone's while making orders.. Management needs to do a better job.. I wouldn't recommend this place at all especially after I spent $40 on food on lunch break just to see how it looked when I got back to work. ????????
We ordered food today after visiting the aquarium 10 min away, the food looked good online. Even smelled good when we got it in the car. They got the order right. My wive a vegetarian got a grilled cheese and was very disappointed with it. But it's a grilled cheese, you can't do to much with that. By burger was mediocre, couldn't even finish it(due to the lack of flavor). Fast forward 10 min I started feeling very sick while driving home. It got so bad we had to pull over and switch drivers. I didn't actually puke but felt like was going to for an hour after eating the food. We will not be returning customers...
Stopped into Shake Shack a couple times since Sunday evening and they never disappoint. Great customer service, hot, fresh food and good ice cream! I visited three eateries over a course of three four days and either they closed early, out of product, or lack luster customer service. But, Shake Shack was open, clean, and ready to serve. I don’t know the MOD’s name but he is an shining example of being involved with his team and his store. ??????
Burgers are great, and by that I mean the meat and bun. I'm not fond of paying 3 extra dollars for almost a half of a half of a slice of avocado and limp bacon. Fries are fine. Shake sauce is bland, like mayo with paprika.
Food was delicious! I don't think I have ever had juicier chicken ! My kids loved playing the games. The Shakes were yummy and had just enough sprinkles;)
The lady who rang us up was extremely nice and patient with us. We didn't get shakes so i can't comment on that at all. We all got a burger and cheesy fries. If you dont want a lot of cheese, i would get the bacon cheese fries because the one order of just cheese fries We had, had a lot more cheese than the others and it was gross. The burgers were very very good for a fast food place. The burger itself had a lot of flavor. And it was very fast. I went to the restroom right after ordering to change my toddler and my food was already at the table.
I would like to say the night crew are the best here. They are so kind.Someone stole my shake off the counter and they made me a whole new one and were very friendly. They made my night and you could tell they were working so hard. Fast food workers deal with so much so I was so appreciative that they went out of their way and did that for me.
I am confused. You have a phone number. But NO ONE picks up? You have an option for the Manager - but you literally CANNOT leave a message?? How in the hell can I get someone's attention, my order is due in 1.5 hours... This is pitiful and I can't get any help. Wow.
I used to love Shake Shack in Florida, so I decided to try this location recently since I’ve relocated. The service was okay, but the food was not as good as I remember it being. It also costed $20. For a fast food burger, fries and drink to cost that much, that’s unacceptable. Also the food caused bad bowel problems later. I probably won’t be returning. Not really worth it.
Every time I go to this store, they get my order wrong. I can usually let it slide because it’s typically things like forgetting toppings. But today, I ordered a hamburger and when I got it home, it was some kind of chicken sandwich or shroom burger. The manager also did not answer the phone when I called. I am sick of not getting what I ordered. It’s too expensive to not be able to enjoy what you ordered and paid for. I will not be returning and I will not ever recommend this place to anyone I know.
