Great, craft/artisanal butcher shop (and I'm not using artisanal lightly, like everything in the store is artisanal).Nice assortment of cured meats, sausages, and cuts of meats are in the fresh case. The freezers have a wide selection of ingredients and prepared foods: stocks, meatballs, beef cheek stew.Everything is tasty and fresh. The cleanliness of the shop is incredible.Melissa is very friendly and can give tips and advice on cooking.Don't forget to get some lunch while you're there! The best Cuban sandwiches and meatball subs you'll have anywhere.

Everyone is Saucisson is wonderful. I love how they know their customers by name. My husband said the ribeye is the best that he's ever had.
