Service was great! Was so excited to finally go there and eat after not having been before COVID. Very disappointed.The chowder was inedible it was so salty. The Shrimp and Scallop Alfredo was NOT what it once was. The sauce was milky/watery and very bland. I had 3 little pieces of what looked like a scallop cut into pieces. Was pleased with the 5 shrimp how they were cooked. The house wine was also very nice.Not sure what happened there.
This is now my go-to when visiting the Cleveland area. Great food! great Service! so wonderful to see families and couples out and about again. highly recommend! and dont forget the cannoli.. ❤

Sorry, no pictures. But WOW. What an experience. If you are from down my way in Akron, I dare to say this place tops Luigi's and has pizza as good as Giuseppe's.The food was amazing, the staff was great, the prices were on point and the atmosphere was what you would expect for a family Italian joint. Great lighting and clean as well! It is definitely worth a the visit.
We love Santo's Italian Restaurant! When my husband proposed to me, we had dinner that night here! It was so delicious. We told the waitress we just got engaged, and she brought us free wedding soup! The cannoli's are some of the best I've ever had. Service is the best here. Now every year on our engagement anniversary, we get wedding soup and cannoli's :)
Great service and great food
First of all, this was my first experience at this restaurant. Bev was our waitress and she was beyond wonderful. Very kind and extremely attentive to our table, treated us very nicely. The food was fantastic and we had an amazing Chardonnay cream sauce with scallops and shrimp that was light and very flavorful. The red blend was absolutely perfect, not too sweet and not to dry. Overall, I would highly recommend this location to anyone, thank you for the great experience!!
Wife and I were far from home to attend a wedding and, coincidentally, our own anniversary occurred the following day. We chose Santo’s because it was close to the hotel and it had very good reviews. Santo’s certainly lived up to its reputation. Our meals were excellent. The restaurant was nicely laid out, our server was very friendly and helpful. If in town again I would definitely come again.
Miss being able to go there for lunch - the only time I'm in the area.
