For some reason, the term "kicked up fries" popped in my head this afternoon and I checked online to see if Sammy's was still at CLE. I couldn't believe it was still there. Looks like horrible service, horrible food, and horrible smell are still the catch of the day. lol Unbelievable that such horridness endures there. C'mon Cleveland, you can do better than that. sheesh.
Our waitress was very rude, gave wife and I wrong drinks and her comment was just switch them. Then she just basically just threw the mustard and ketchup on the table. Then when paying bill mentioned to her they should add a little more syrup to the pop as it was very weak. Her comment was I JUST WORK HERE. How about “I’ll mention something to management ?”
I am a Sammy Hagar fan, and was hooked on his Cabo Tequila and Beach Bum Rum, so when I found out he had some restaurants, well I had to try it out. So anytime I fly out of Hopkins International Airport, I try to make a stop at Sammy's Beach Bar and Grill. Great food, great customer service, and profits help local children charities. I highly recommend stopping and grabbing a bite to eat there.
Place smells like old mop water . Ordered Sammy’s Mai Tai. Bartender acted like she didn’t want to be there. Watches as she poured well Rum into my drink. Asked her where the premium rum listed on the menus description was. She said it’s not well. I asked her to show me. It was Cruzan. Low budget rum. Place is a bait and switch spot. Still charged me a premium. Figured they would.
I can't rate with 0 Stars, so 1 is most than they deserve.I sat down with my wife and sister to have a drink while we waited for our flight, we were served by the rudest woman I have ever met, her name is KIM, she did not bring the order we requested, she was eating and she served us with her mouth full of food , made xenophobic comments about where she thought we were, ripped the menu out of my hands and started yelling at the establishment. Never in my life will I enter this place again nor would I recommend it to my worst enemy.
The worst experiences ever. I had a layover in Cleveland Ohio from GA on my way to a business meeting in Las Vegas. Figured I had an hours and 30 minutes before boarding so I stop in for a drink & ordered a classic burger. The waitress keep running her muonth about local politicians as I sat down at the bar. Took my orders then walk away then bring back my drink and walk toward the pos system But seem confused about who's ordered what and then walk away to chat with others servers. 35 minutes goes by and I have not gotten my burger so I asked if they weren't made then canceled it cause I had to board. A lady seem to be in charge insis my food was made and I had plenty of time before the Vegas flight. So I sat and wait another 8 minutes and finally said to go ahead and cancel the ordered. She then insisted its ready and I have to take it to go. Fine I'll take it to go.....here's the kicker...They did not have my ordered ? and then she seem upset be abuse I said let me just pay for theDrink and I gotta go. What an attitude and so unprofessional. How do they in business
Food is decent but decor is dated and seems like needs a good cleaning. Attempting to watch the Browns game and can’t see the tv through all of the pendant lights
Delicious food, great drinks and excellent customer service. These ladies know what they are doing! Very friendly and efficient.
