Awesome fish & the okra servings are good portions!! But baby, bring your own hot sauce.
That was pathetic! We waited almost 2hrs for cold, dry, fish and fries. The guy at the counter was nice but, he needed help with orders.
I waited close to half hour for my order just to receive room temperature food they said it would be fresh cooked but they must have gave my hot food to the door dash service ?
My daughter and I enjoyed our first time to the restaurant and we both loved our meals. She said it was her most favorite Mac&Cheese. Can’t wait to go back.
I work in the area and frequent this place for lunch. They never miss! The food is always DELICIOUS no matter what I order. Great value. The staff is always kind and friendly. My only complaint is I always call or order online before I go and it seems like they are closed during business hours a lot.
My first experience was not so good the chicken was good but the side dishes were horrible had the nac and cheese , cole slaw really bad but, went to a comedy show and. did not have time to eat before the show so tried the food again have to admit the food was much better this time. Consistency is key !!! Just saying
Received a notification that my order was ready for pickup, 20 minutes later I was still waiting. What is the point of having online orders if you’re going to wait until the person arrives to prepare the food. Also, after my order was accepted I was informed that they didn’t have all of the sides that are advertised. Fish nuggets were great, chicken okay but macaroni was cold and had a strange smoky flavor. First impression sucked and I won’t be back.
Oh no, every time I ordered from the Scottsdale/Lee Rd location the wait time is ridiculous. My husband and I were in South Euclid shopping. Ordered food around 4:35pm. Got to the location around 5:30ish and we’re told the food wasn’t done yet. The staff said “We cook it fresh”. My reply was “Well I would hope so, but did you have to catch it first!” We waited another 35mins ?Next we ordered from Sharks, which is right up the street. Within 15 mins we got a call from them that our food was ready. And….. it was better than Sam Sylk’s. So next time if you’re hungry stay away from this place…. You’ll starve first.

Amazing catfish with perfect seasoning. The greens are really food also. The Mac n cheese wasn’t my favorite but I now eat at Sky’s at least once a week.
