Great food just wish they had more deals
I will start by saying I have been ordering from this restaurant since around 2016. Today I ordered two orders of orange chicken with fried rice. The fried rice had clunks of white rice in it. The sauce has a very strong vinegar taste. Some of the chicken tasted pastey. The meal was quite unpleasant. I didn't enjoy any of the components of this meal. The whole meal tasted rushed. The one star was for the fast delivery and nice guy who brought the food. Also when I called in to explain what was wrong with my food the man was completely dismissive. He kept saying it was made the same. IT WAS NOT! IT WAS HORRIBLE!!I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN!!!

Never had a bad experience with Sukura. My order is always ready when I arrive and food is always delicious.
Sesame chicken was more like sweet and sour with sesame seeds tossed on top. No vegetables in the fried rice? It's not like yellow onion, green onion, peas or carrots cost a lot.The near Eastside sucks. BBQ, Chinese, pizza. All garbage.
Our office ordered lunch from from here yesterday. The order was wrong. They hung up on me the first time I called. I don't think he did it on purpose but when I called back he stated that he didn't have my order. Then he realized that he did. Okay no problem, when the food came it was awful. So much rice and so little veggies or meat. The little meat that was there was completely leather. I got a stomach ache right after eating a little bit of it. Later to realize I have food poisoning!! Missed work today. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I don't say this lightly.
I really enjoyed there hospitality ?. Very kind and nice as well as having excellent food. I could've sure eatin there yesterday. God bless ?
I don't know what happened to this restaurant but the food now is the absolute worst I ordered some orange chicken with noodles the food was horrible I never had that problem before. Not returning
My first time at Sakura and it definitely won’t be my last. I ordered the Buckeye Roll on the sushi ? side. It was delicious! Great customer service very friendly staff. Food came out in reasonable time. Thank you for having me! #Beamenology #Beamenadon
I will never again order from Sakua. I just received my first order and I am VERY disappointed. The amount of sushi I received was half of what I usually get from other restaurants and to be honest, it tastes awful! This is a much lower quality than I would have gotten anywhere else. Never again. And I will make sure that my friends and family do not order from here either. If I could give it less than 1 star I would!
