Absolutely, the best. Courteous staff and we were lucky to chance upon Taco Tuesday. It was a delight. Best part you can eat all delicious tacos ? variety at such an affordable rate. Good beer, ample open seating to enjoy a good summer evening, good music, and very quick service. Even the desserts are at their absolute best. A must try!
Some of the best food I've ever eaten, next to moms of course. Home made from scratch recipes and super friendly staff. The schnitzel is my favorite but everything I've had was outstanding.

Giant and ancient, the Sachsenheim Hall defies time and trend by doing the basics correctly: serve honest, homey food and drinks at prices working people can afford. It draws a varied crowd and is worth visiting more than once. The draft beers are almost all European with a strong emphasis on Helles lager and pilsners. Wheat ale and dark lager are almost always given a handle. The food is hand-made, old-school, and a ridiculous value for your coin. The last of a dying breed.
First time eating there, but he caters our reunions. Food is so good, plentiful and prices are right. Great time.

I'm blowen away .I rented the hall downstairs next to bar for my daughter's wedding .well wedding was canceled so I called grumpy to get the refundable deposit back ..and he basically yelled at me and told me to read my contract .well have no contract it was just dotted down on a purchase order receipt. And it clearly says refundable on the receipt. we didn't have the event .I have family and friends that all used this hall he has mad so much money off of people and to treat them like he did or just did to me is crazy. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything not even a drink

We go here on Fridays for fish fry and it's seriously the best. They also have awesome German beer and a world famous taco night on Tuesday.
