My department has been sampling different pizza places over the past few weeks. We finally landed on Romeo's. I ordered a cheese gluten free crust (which isn't available at every location so we had to drive like 10 min further but my team didn't hesitate) to test the most basic. The online ordering capabilities make it really easy to preorder so we've gotten the order out of the way before they even open so it's easier to coordinate with the team. But even though we ordered at 11:30 today after they opened, we still had pizza in less than 45 min ready and waiting so their team is definitely on the ball. And the site said 30 min minimum between ordering and readiness.I have to say, I was very pleasant surprised! The sauce is too sweet. I'm so tired of sweet tomato sauce BUT the gluten free crust was delicious! I don't know if they buy frozen or make it themselves b/c there's NO details on their website but it feels made on site. And more like a rice flour than a cauliflower crust, which they offer (the cauliflower) as a NON-gluten free option which truly confuses me but I'm not complaining b/c I hate cauliflower crust). I am happy I got it well done b/c it had a bit of a crunch to it which I enjoy and I think improves the flavor and strength of any gluten free crust... the crust was honestly my favorite part. So on par with Masters gluten free, except the sauce. I think I'll do light sauce next time.The rest of the team enjoyed the regular pizzas. I heard some complaints that though they ordered the Pepperoni Feast, the toppings fell short in quantities vs. what it looked like online. The larges were also small looking for larges. And they all found the sauce sweet as well. But they didn't hate it and it's high on the list since I'm able to eat there as well.Overall, we enjoyed it and we're willing to order again as a group. :) Mostly I just want the sauce to be a bit more tart. I don't need sour but I don't think sauce should be so close to candy-like. Though, honestly, theirs is NOT the sweetest sauce we've experienced. LOL
I love Romeos. The Managers and staff are always polite. The delivery crew is top notch! When I call & Doordash is delivering though - I always ask first- I will not order. I want the Romeos crew to get my tip. I usually spend between $50-$60 weekly - unless DoorDash is delivering. They also have been out of salads, chicken tenders at times. Love their salads! I’ll always call them first - and will order if “they” are delivering! Hope Corporate reads this because KAMMS people are great & need to hire more in house so they don’t have to use DoorDash.
Tried the Chicago style pizza, yuck, no cheese all bread and sauce. Do yourself a favor..stay away #romeomustdie

Horrible pizza. The pizza I received which was just a small cheese and pepperoni was barely baked. The dough was super soft and disgusting. Take a little extra time and go to the Westlake location. It is well run there and they would never send a pizza out like the one I received. Lesson learned.
I had a Calzone for lunch ($5 special), it was huge!! Came with 3 toppings..I was very pleased..a tad bit salty, but was good!
Decided to give them another chance.Omg !! The worst pizza i have ever had.The manger & delivery driver.Both So Rude. ???

This place was not good the pizza and wings the taste was so mediocre i really wanted to like this place i dont recommend it and this is my first and last time if anyone want real authentic tasting wings and pizza run to ANGELOS!!
MAYBE a typical pound of wings is 8-12 as the manager stated so bluntly to me, but THESE 8 were certainly on the low side of a full pound even before they were cooked. But that still is no reason why the manger was so discourteous, short, and downright rude to me when I nicely asked about them. I was nothing but kind and patient when I arrived, (I even tipped ahead of time) but as soon as I inquired, the manager went off. So rude for no reason. I walked out and simply said I would not order from here again.
