Ordered delivery. Whoever i talked to was very nice. We got chicken tenders and pretzel bites for the 15yr old. I Didn't try them but she wasn't a fan. Adults got mushroom pizza(medium) for a 1 -topping pizza there wasn't very much mushrooms. If I had known that I wouldn't have paid almost $2 extra for a topping and would've just got cheese. The Pizza itself was okay. Not the best but not the worst I've ever had. Ended up spending $40 not including the tip and I can't decided if it was worth it. Delivery was one of the fastest I've ever had.
Excellent customer service starting with the cashier. She was very patient with my grandma who has dementia. She explained everything to her and helped her tremendously by treating her with so much respect. The manager was very pleasant to a customer that came into the facility. From the conversation the man frequent the the place to use the restrooms. He also treated this gentleman with dignity and respect.We will be back due to the services and food.❤

we went to see "Wicked" so by the time we got out most places were closed so since we were staying on Euclid we decided to walk done a short distance and get pizza. it was so good! crust was just right and exactly what we ordered and done to perfection. And the employee young girl swirling late on a Sunday night was too nice!
Visitor in Cleveland University Circle area. Craving pizza; Rascal closest and has delivery. Best pizza ever. Everything yummy. Best pepperoni I've ever eaten, not too spicy. Delivery a little slow, but only one driver, peak busy time, and very cold outside. Very understandable. Try the pizza‼️?
This place is affordable and but a little overpriced in my opinion based on the quality of the food. The garlic cheesy bread was overcooked a little and lacked flavor. The pasta and meatballs were tasty and the pizza was well made.
Its own online order system really sucks. The process of complaining an order issue to get refund is really long. Just order from uber or doordash if you have get down to this.
The pizza is fine but the fries are absolutely delicious. They are in my top 5 for fries. Highly recommend the fries
I've been buying food from Rascal House-University Circle forever, I've always been pleased with the service and never had any complaints about their food. I've known several of the employees since they were in their teens, we've grown close like family, and now they're all grown up with their own families now. I've always been very satisfied whenever I go here, very personable staff, nothing but good experiences.
Service was fast-server brought my food to the car! Had a Rascal Cheeseburger w/works. Whatever type of sauce is used - its not appetizing at all! It left a horrible aftertaste which messed up the entire burger. Could of done just mustard/ketchup. A good burger doesn't need an array of sauces to cover up taste.
