Ive gotten food here before and its normal fast food food with chicken being the best here.But the main reason I am giving them 5 stars is the Shakes. They make GREAT shakes here for being a fast food joint. On top of there service being speedy and straight to the point.
By far the worst experience I've had with a rally's before. Drove up to the ordering box and a computer was talking my order. This Made the process of ordering go from 2 minutes to 5. After that when I pulled up to the window and recieved the wrong drink, when I asked politely for the correct one I got a eyeroll and nothing else. Both workers didn't speak a word besides the amount for my total and seemed they wanted nothing to do with helping me. I know they may have been tired but that shouldn't effect how you treat customers.
Sat in line for 30+ minutes. 10 of those were waiting at the mic, no one said anything as the other line kept moving and moving. Come to find out the left lane was closed but no one said anything through the mic n wasted our time. Wouldn't recommend going there at night.
Fries are always fresh. Too bad no fried mushrooms. Hard working staff, professional. Take advantage of app. Ty.
They have the best customer service. I have never had a bad experience here, and I go often. Even if the line is long, the staff is always pleasant and gets the order right. Ice cream machine is ALWAYS working, even late night. Food is always hot and fresh, and they are never out of advertised specials or drinks.
New robot drive thru had my order messed up wanted fish sand they had chicken sand. Had it corrected just to get a fish sand that probably was 8 hours old. Disgusting... hard dry and just ?
I stop ordering food from there for my personal reason but I do work for DoorDash on the side , and hate how one of the old white lady Don’t know what her problem but every single time I go there to pick up orders for DoorDash has the most ignorant attitude I don’t care if she a manager or whatever you shouldn’t be working with in the fast food business if your not going to put your personal problem aside or if you have race issues I think you just need to find another place that right for you just a side note another thing I don’t care if it a DoorDasher picking up a order or not treat people with respect if you see the customer made a small mistake as not parking close enough to the window just wait on second for them to fix their car or take of the seat belt to grab the food not stick your hand out shaking the drink or food in their face with a attitude rushing them to grab it or in other words throwing the food in their face and shutting the window in their face 3nd time I went there and got treated like that I now refuse to even eat their or pick up order from their just because ignorant encounter I would recommend the location from Lakewood clark
Robo drive thru is a disaster. Feel for the workers because it is obvious orders will come in correct just like ours did. Don’t see myself returning to this location for that exact reason.
I drive a glass van with a glass rack. and I fit under the drive thru it says 9ft and my truck is 9.5 feet and I slipped thru! ? ? ? ? ? wooo hooo! ? ? ?
I ordered a Big Buffard with ketchup only. they put cheese on it like i asked but they didn't put only ketchup on it, they put everything on it which is NOT what i ordered. gonna be a while til i come back.
