This place is actually a pretty good pupuseria. Their chicharon con queso (pork & cheese) pupusas are very tasty. They are hit or miss with the sturdiness of their pupusas though. Sometimes they might be opened up and the insides come out, but regardless the taste is there and that's what counts the most.

YOU NEED TO GO. I have been there 2 times now and its been very good. It is a hole in the wall, it takes a little time, but the pupusas are made to order. Do you want mediocre Mexican Food where all the the items are pretty much sandbagged like a mc Donald's, or do you want fresh?I will defiantly go back, you should go, relax, have several beers and enjoy Katrina's Pupuseria

Horrible food. Expensive for the quality served..didn't get what I ordered and still had to pay for it.

We picked up our order to go. We ordered the mixed, revueita, and chicken pupusa de arina de maiz which were pretty good. We also ordered some chicharron and tostones. The chicharron pieces were so small. and the tostones were so greasy and did not taste fresh. They tasted like they had been rewarming them all week long, definitely not worth it at all.Our main interest was the pupusa so i'm giving 3/5 because those weren't bad but the tostones and chicharron definitely disappointing.

The food was great but the service is very slow. Make sure you have plenty of time to wait.

Don't let the outside scare you! Excellent food!

Many different options for the pupusas. I got zucchini and the mixed and was very pleased with both. Their horchata is out of this world

Best Food and Service! Overall best place to eat in Ohio I’ve been everywhere! Gave 5 stars because I couldn’t give 6!

I went for the first time recently. Terrible experience. Terrible service. Incorrect prices on the menu and we were argued with when we asked why the bill was higher than expected. She said she would honor the prices in the menu then went and charged the higher price. Surly young waitress with an attitude. Food was mediocre. And I had to beg and argue for containers to take my leftovers. They wanted to throw everything, including liquid, in a ziploc baggie together. Who needs this attitude. Oh, and the air conditioning was off on a 90-degree day and everyone was sitting there sweating while they ate. Uncomfortable and won't be back. A dive and not the type of dive that is an amazing treasure. You get a lot of food for a cheap price. That's about it. If you don't care about quality or service or comfort then head right in. The plantains, hot sauce and refried beans were good. The chicharrones were dry leathery chewy hockey pucks. The michelada was the worst I ever had. Tomato juice and beer. No zing. No lime. No spice. The tomato sauce for the pupusa was plain sauce from a can. The slaw was boring cabbage like sauerkraut with jalepeno.

Amazing pupusa. Delicious and a great value. The staff were welcoming, we waited a while so I'd recommend calling ahead. So worth it.
