Hours say they open at 9am but at 10:15am the door was locked and it was dark inside even though the “open” sign was on. Glad I didn’t place my order online because there was clearly no one there to make it.
No respect for breastfeeding mothers. In the midst of a formula shortage the last thing a woman should have to worry about is rude comments from staff while feeding her child. However, here at Pulp, you’ll be asked to go inside a filthy bathroom hence breastfeeding being publicly legal in all 50 states! Please educate your employees and do better Pulp, this was completely unacceptable and uncalled for.
trash. the girl had no customer service skills and didn't even greet us. made the wrong size smoothie, and when we let her know, she ignored us. I get it, she was probably busy and didn't want to deal with HER OWN mistake, but seriously? I'll never come to this location again, and I'll think twice about returning to Pulp in general. robeks gained a customer today.
Worker did not speak to us throughout the entire process. Gave me the wrong size drink and when I informed her, she turned her back on me and ignored me. Never coming back
Always provides a quality and consistent tasting juice/smoothie. The avocado turkey wraps are actually pretty good too.
I absolutely love this place and their staff! Great customer service, yummy smoothies, all around good vibes. This is my go-to for lunch break pick-me-ups!
I love Pulp, but man, I felt so uncomfortable when I came here and the girl outright loudly complained that she had to make “allll this” with the worst attitude I ever seen. I came an hour before close and got some food and 2 smoothies. I did food service for a long time, so I get the frustration of things being cleaned and then you have someone come in and order whatever you just put away. But it’s just not that serious. If you’re going to complain about a customer’s order at least do so quietly or just don’t say anything at all. It’s no one elses fault if you hate your job.
The workers are not friendly, and lack customer service skills. You can tell when the enhancers are not mixed in the smoothies. I’m looking for a new smoothie place.
I like how my initial review was deleted. Proves my point. They are still trash!! I will continue to go to Pulp other locations.
This place is very slow…. Always. Ridge rd customer service is better.
