The hot peppers here rip. Love these sandwiches.
Sandwich was ok. Can't remember the name of it, but it had beef, horseradish aoli, provolone, etc. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!!
They make a delicious sub. The hot peppers they put on there are crazy good. Order in advance if you are going for lunch. The line can be very long and they are not always organized.
First time I had Potbellys was in Maryland years ago, different state, but the food remains very tasty!
December 2021: I ordered the chicken club and Oreo cookie shake and it was good. The jalapeño peppers added a nice kick to the sandwich.Pros:* Location. In the heart of downtown Cleveland.* Good eats from people with local ties to the community.Cons:* It can take a while to get the food, but nothing too long. I believe that I waited 15 minutes.
Food is always good, but what left a fowl taste in my mouth is the new manager. I just hope he’s not around to stay to ruin more of my food with his presence
The kid cashing me out had his face buried in his phone the whole time and barely talked to me. Sandwich was pretty good, just a bit of a hassle to get though
Ordered a roast beef sandwich and more so recieved a roast fat sandwich. This was inedible and disgusting. I've never received roast beef from a deli that was so fatty and in such large chunks. National sandwich day ruined.
Very rude service. First time going, was ignored when we entered, no assistance with how to order, was scolded by a staff member for incorrectly ordering, and was ignored at the cash register causing us to ask to be checked out… food was good tho if you enjoy being put down for the day.
Not busy at all, and the customer service was horrible. They didn’t even know how to talk. I was the only customer in the store and seemed as though they didn’t want me in here
