I got the Italian and loaded baked potato soup✨ It was great ? definitely recommend this place. Also the jalapeño chips dipped in the soup was good too lol
DO NOT order online from this location. I did and they did not have my order and said they could not refund me until a manager was present. I contacted the home office 3 times and no response. Thank you for stealing from me.
Giving 3 stars almost entirely out of sympathy. Go to this location if you like Potbelly's. It isn't necessarily bad but I've just had too many negative experiences to ever recommend or go back. I fully understand staffing issues and how much restaurants are struggling right now which is the only reason I'm giving 3 stars.I've only ever done order ahead. Which should be helpful to the business. After several times of going there when my order was supposed to be ready and it wasn't, I started ordering WAY in advance. Like 30 minutes ahead when it said it should take 10. Of the many times I've been only ONCE was I able to walk in, grab my food and head out. They don't use the cubbies so you almost always have to wait to get the cashier's attention so they can find your food. I always just assumed having an app and ordering ahead would help when you have a staffing shortage... maybe I'm wrong.Final straw was the last time I went, ordered 30 minutes ahead, prior to the lunch rush (app said it should take 10 min.). When I got there 30 min after ordering, I waited 5 minutes to even be acknowledged by staff. Then spent another 5 watching an apparent new hire fumble with a sticker... not joking. He LITERALLY spent 5 minutes trying to sticker a receipt to my bag. I timed it and btw he literally could have just handed me my bag and receipt... since ya know I was there and they don't use cubbies.Conveniently located. Never had an issue with food quality. But the fact that using the app and ordering ahead is next to useless at this place makes it a deal breaker.
Over salts the tuna and gets rude with costumers that ask questions. I asked if they were still taking orders because, after a 16 hour work day, I came into the restaurant at 8:47. The employee mopping the floor replied to my inquiry by saying “we close at 9”. I asked again if they were taking orders she just repeated that they closed at 9 and asked me what time it was. I told her the time and she said well we are taking orders then. I said okay, but then left and went to Burgerim. I received excellent customer service there and left a $3 tip. I understand that many places of employment are understaffed, but you do not have to be rude. I am a teacher and half of my team quit. I also delivery food and groceries on the weekend. We are all tired, but we don’t all have to be rude jerks. Do better sis
Tasty sandwich, and very easy with the app! Got the Avo Turkey on the app, and it said it would be ready about 10 minutes later. Walked there from my office, took about 10 minutes. I was greeted by the cashier, who got the bag and handed it over, and I was out the door and back to my office in minutes. Sandwich was perfectly lightly crispy on the crust, and avocreamy inside. Excellent. The app sent me a survey after, and now I have a coupon for a cookie too.
Terrible customer service. The order was missing an item. After contacting the store, the employee stated they could not deliver the missing item or credit the account. The employee stated I used Door Dash which I did not use. I ordered directly from the app. I stated that I would not be ordering from this store again due to the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to correct their mistake. The employee stated ok, that's fine, you order somewhere else then. The employee was very reluctant to correct the mistake. Corporate office was contacted and will be further reviewing.
Great food and service! The food is reasonable priced and the portions are large. The staff was so friendly and helpful!
