I do not deny it was a tasty sandwich. I got the “avo turkey”. Sliced turkey was generous and avocado was fresh. I could not find any cucumbers or Swiss cheese on the sandwich, and these are included on the menu description. That was disappointing. Loved the hot peppers.
I didn’t order food here. My 18 month old was running around the airport and then bumped her head on a hard surface. She had a bump the size of a golf ball on her forehead. I explained my situation to the staff and then they gave me some ice to help treat her. Thanks for understanding!

I was at the airport and got a sandwich. It was warm. I didn’t love it. I didn’t hate it. I doubt that I would try it again. Overall I’d say it was average.
I eat here often for lunch. The manager and team members are good people. Always patient and willing to answer questions. Food is always fresh. Great spot for a soup and sandwich for n your next spot into CLE!
When I used to work at a local university, I used to get salads from here. They are awesome.
VERY disappointed with this place. They are setting themselves up for failure by only having ONE person working here. The one worker will take four or five orders, then make the sandwiches. So if you were the first person to have your sandwich made, by the time you are able to pay for it, it’s cold. Then heaven forbid, a TSA agent comes to buy a cookie. They don’t go through the whole line, they just go right up to the register to buy their item. Instead of being polite and letting you check out first- since your sandwich that was supposed to be hot is now getting cold, the one worker lets them pay while you continue to wait.PLEASE have more than one person on staff at all times
I had the Beacon, lettuce, tomato and Avocado sandwich, BLTA and Thomas added onions, mayo, banana peppers and and a spicy sauce. It was sooo good!Thanks Thomas ?
