The food was good and hot, I went to the drive thru and it was a bit faster than it has been also sprite soda is back on the menu
The food was very hot and excellent, but the young lady at the window slammed the window closed so fast. My coworker couldn't even ask her for some sauce or jelly for her meal just plain rude. At least ask the customer, " is there anything else you might need?" No customer service in food service no more..smh..it takes less than 10 seconds!?
They were out of almost everything that we wanted, so we end up just ordering Mac n cheese but that tasted like it sat in the window for a couple of hours. Worst Popeyes I've been too. How are you out of chicken at a damn chicken place, who ever does stock should be fired clearly. Losing money.
They Never Answer The Phone, When The Dining Area Is Closed During Business Hour's, There Is Never A Sign Posted Indicating Why. And The Worker's, Including Management Will Not Acknowledge You Standing Outside Wondering If They Are Going To Unlock The Door To Enter. #GhettoToTheHeart
If I could leave zero stars I would. Came to this location. This is how the visit went. Drive thru experience. Welcome to Popeyes, we don't have fish, this, this, or this, can I take your order. I try to order 16 piece tenders. We don't have that. Well, what do you have then? I have a 3 piece... ok forget it. What did the other cars in front of me order?!?.. bc you certainly don't have anything. The line is to the entrance. Next time stop being lazy and drop some food.
Not happy with service at all. they read back everything I ordered... Charged me for it, and then tell me they don't have the drinks. Gave a second choice. "Okay.... We don't have that either." After settling for what they did have they informed me that they don't have the sides that I ordered either. In frustration I asked if they a least have the chicken I ordered. The employee had to actually check before saying "yes". End up charged for two meals that I wanted, and got nothing close to it... WORST POPEYES EVER!!!!!!
Worst experience EVER!Literally the only thing good is the biscuits don’t waste your money just get biscuits…My Chicken wasn’t fully cooked still pink in the middle and by the bone I will never come here again absolutely disgusting STORE NEEDS TO BE CLOSED DOWN and replaced with a Raisin Caines
If i could do no stars i would this is the most unprofessional discombobulated location i ever been too. Drive through is beyond slow and getting orders incorrect because you guys got like 6 employees in there eating and chilling in the dining room with the doors locked while like two people working cash. Then getting upset when a customer tells you there orders wrong as if we work there and messed it up ourselves lol real smart
This is by far the worst fast food restaurant in the City by this specific location if not the worst service available currently with doordash. I honestly have no idea how in the world this is even possible giving the complete and total lack of correspondence this place actually offers to customers that only that the hell standards are absolutely atrocious and the fact that the city allows this to continue is only a reflection of how terrible Cleveland is. It's worth contacting the local news for investigation because this is flat out surreal.
The worst Popeyes by far. They never have any chicken, the credit card machine is always down, the customer service is laughable and the inside is filthy.After waiting 25 minutes in line for them to advise they were only taking cash, were out of regular chicken and the drink machine was down, I promised to never come back.Poorly managed and operated. Should be considered for closure. The one on Euclid Avenue near Green Rd is significantly better.
