Kinda need a Lil help on the drive thru sign it was hitting tops of cars..... construction makes the drive thru suck if you wanna get out... But food is good when they have it. Or the credit card machine isn't broken... Loooong waits in drive thru. When it's what you ordered it's great! Wished when you order spicy they give u actual spicy and not regular chicken cause that's all that is available... maybe just say that?? Need some improvements but still one I goto frequently. Recommend if your not in a rush
Participated in coupon offer. Food and Service below average. Chicken strips were mostly breading very little actual chicken. Mashed very good. Biscuits good. Coleslaw bad. Service was bad. Wait time high. Employees short on customer service. Also no condiments were provided. Will not go to Popeyes again.
They just need to shut down they never have food always say they don't know corporate number I'm just saying if y'all don't wanna work why apply? Hours before they close and have no Mac n cheese only 6pcs of chicken and yea sure I'll wait 11mins but they can't or won't drop spicy chicken I mean what are you open for you're literally paying people to send customers away empty handed . At this point shut them down jus like everything else in that plaza START FRESH
I don't like to leave bad reviews and often do not but if anyone deserves one it is Popeyes in North Olmsted! Hands down they have the absolute worst service of any restaurant I have been too in the area. EVERYTIME I come here no matter what I order I am asked to pull over and someone will bring my food out to me. EVERYTIME I am waiting no less than 20 minutes. The problem with this is I am watching people who came after me getting their food for a solid 10-15 Minutes! EVERYTIME I have to stop one of employees walking back in and ask where my order is. They ask what I ordered say they will check on it and I am sitting there waiting another 10-15 Minutes before my food comes out. This has happened 5-6 times. I quit coming here for over a year. My mom wanted a Shrimp dinner from here and begged me to go get it for her. Begrudgingly I did. Over a year later the exact same thing!!! I could not even believe that their service was still as bad as it was over a year ago. SMH...Sorry Popeyes but it will probably be over another year before I Subject myself to this again.
By far the worst experience I've had at any Popeyes. They have always gotten my order wrong despite taking very long to serve my food. I've heard employees yelling at each other and cursing out load INSIDE the restaurant. This last visit was the last straw. The food was not cooked properly. The chicken had blood seeping out after I bit in and the biscuit was soggy in the middle. I throw up the little food I had eaten there. Never again...I will never eat at this location again.
I waited 20 minutes before I could even order once I got my food it was cold and thrown in the bag like really? I also ordered a large rice and beans it wasn't in either bag there went 6 dollars I also ordered a strawberry lemonde which was terrible and a sweet tea and got a coke? I never checked my order or bag because they usually get my order right. Busy or not that's terrible customer service my bill was over 30 dollars I may not return unless they credit me for my food or something ?
They had a $21.99 chicken family meal advertised next to the menu. The guy said they don't have that. I ordered a different combo instead. The menu said they have chocolate chip cookies. I ordered and again, dude said they didn't have that. Don't advertise things you don't have ?♂️
Like 1/3rd of their drive thru menu is broken and while the chicken was good, our order was totally taken wrong.I honestly don't care if we didn't get our sodas - because I wasn't charged for them - but I do care that putting in our order was a nightmare (due to the aforementioned menu outage) and we were not charged nor given sodas even though we had asked for said drinks over the speaker, and whoever took our order asked for clarification on one of the drinks as they serve both orange and strawberry Fanta, so I know they heard me request the Fanta at the very least.Honestly though the most infuriating part really was the menu being broken - I can't stress this enough that had the menu just been working on all 3 panels this 2 star review wouldn't have ever been written. Either troubleshoot your digital menu or go back to the tried and true back-lit plastic menus. It's not like Popeyes serves breakfast so it's not like they NEED or even benefit from having a digital menu anyway.
I realize that the store has staffing issues, construction, and supplies to deal with. However, there is NOT a SINGLE visit that we don't encounter an excuse. Last 2 visits: they were out of chicken tenders and then given wrong order. Tonight, we waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order to be told at the pick up window to wait at the side door and someone would bring it out. It took me 5 minutes behind the drive thru line to reach the side door. Once at the side door I waited another 10 minutes before asking an employee smoking if he had a way inside because popeyes was not answering their phone. He calles someone. 5 minutes later manager came out and told me they were out of sauces I requested and in conversation she told me the phone hasn't gotten any calls - well if you turn off the ringer, obviously you won't know if people are calling to be able to pick up their food. Tired of always having something go wrong with and order.
Legitimately the worst run restaurant I've ever experienced. I've tried to order Doordash here multiple times and every single time the order cancels after I wait 30 minutes. I have gone to the restaurant at 1pm and they didn't have chicken sandwiches, fries or gravy. Not sure how that's even possible. I'll never be ordering from this location again and highly recommend you stay away from this restaurant so they eventually get put out of business or forced to get new management.
