The was okay, I didn't like that you could smell Natural Gas while we were sitting inside waiting for our food to be brought to us, my food wasn't hot as it should have been, my brothers that was with me said that their chicken sandwich was to spicy so they had to take some of that sauce off of their sandwich , there was work being done on the parking lot outside of the restaurant , and it smelled like gas was escaping inside of the restaurant, I was praying that the Lord Jesus wouldn't let nothing happen to us or anyone of the worker, I'am so grateful to the Lord Jesus for his watchful eyes for keeping us all safe.
HAC TO SIT IN LINE FOR 45 ONLY TO GET TO THE WINDOW AND BE ASK WHAT WAS MY ORDER, then the employees started that I did not order at the speaker with I most definitely did.I was then pulled up and made to wait another 30 minutes for then to bring my order outside to my car. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR RESTAURANT ON BUCKEYE RD . TO ANYONE.
A horrible place to go. Used app,ordered,paid. Got to store. 6 cars ahead of me, 3 past speaker. Speaker didn't work, no sign. Got to window. 30 minutes later. 15 minutes to get food. Not again

Absolutely horrific 40 minute wait, for cold chicken,8 pieces of old fried chicken with a side of the new lump of cold mac n cheese and some kind of beans goo the family meal thanks popeyes.
Poor service they don't package your food properly the employees attitude are jacked up their ice machine needs cleaning your drink smells like mildew and the big question is why are they still open
Even though everything has went up price the service was good and the chicken was hot
The food was alright on the day that I went but the service was slow and they messed up my order. Plus when I tried to call them to let them know that they messed up my order no one answered the phone and I love to far away from them to go back.
Very nice professional I actually got service with a smile the food was hot and fresh the biscuits were on point.. This Popeyes gets a Chefs kiss ?
Yikes I'm not a fan of places that run out of chicken and that's what you sale but it's happening way to often bad food and attitudes .
