The attitude here for one is ridiculous. Their line is beyond and moves very slow. They don't put all the food in your bag because they are too busy with bad attitudes like it's anyone's fault they are working there. They are chicken place who never has chicken. They close before their timing. Food is either burned or under cook its rare you will get good food. I could go on over all don't go here
Ordered 2 spicy fish sandwiches and one classic, both were spicy. One of them was raw. Consider yourselves lucky that I'm not suing.
I will not be back here. They only had drive through and after ordering my food which was a box of chicken. It was old chicken that I got; and it was dryed out. They don't take pride in there food at this location.
Sorry, I love Popeyes, just NOT this location. They were out of biscuits, only took cash and then asked me for a tip. at the drive through.
If I could give zero stars I would. We went thru the drive thru at 9:30pm. No one responded to us after 7 mins. Finally drove to window beeped horn swear to God 6 employees inside near window not one paid us any attention. I'm like if they're standing around laughing and not taking orders I won't bother ever coming here again! IClose canununderstunderarms

Very disappointing experience, drive thru was not working and you don't know until you get to the board and see the faded white piece of paper. Then you have to place your order at the window, chicken was bland and lacking flavor. Stay away from the Broadway and be Union location in Cleveland Ohio
This place should be boarded up its filthy on the grounds ordered chicken for a senior bldg. They delivered all burned spicy thighs SPICY TO THE ELDERLY AND BURNED popeyes sent the seniors 2 $20 gift cards that could only be used at that location when the gift cards were presented to popeyes on the day the were received the worker stated there was no money on the gift card and did not return the gift card worst service ever the elderly CLEARLY get mishandled by these employees
This Popeyes on 59th Broadway is the worst in Cleveland. They always have the door locked so you have to go through drive thru. You have to wait for at least 25-30 min before you get to the broken,broken for at least the last 4-5 weeks, intercom. So ,you have to order at the window and the say they don't have chicken ready and you will have to wait another 15-30 minutes. No chicken patties ready. The card reader is down ,so they only take cash. There is no sign saying that, before you have waited in line 30 minutes for food they never have. Most of the staff have attitudes, shouldn't be there at all. Look at the other reviews, this place is the worst. I have gone to the Popeyes on Buckeye and on Lee rd ,have gotten quicker service. I live within 1 block of the one on Broadway and can not get anything there.
Fire the whole lazy crew from evening to night. Line is slow and they never have a lot of the items on the menu. You would think as long as I waited in the slow drive thru food should be fresh . No it doesn't. Just a horrible experience . ? ? ? ?
